We had a fantastic time here! The house had so much room that at no time did our group of 19 feel crowded. There was plenty of entertainment options at the house so we never felt compelled to go elsewhere for nightlife. We really made use of the pool table, dart board, swimming pool and hot tub. Thanks for a great stay!

Just got back from 8 days at the Royal Azure. The house is brand new and beautiful. We had a large group in the house and there were 3 floors - plenty of room to spread out. There is gorgeous outdoor living space - pool/hot tub, bar + grill, lounge + dining furniture and a small beach area with fire pit.

The layout of the house is nice because there are 2 bedrooms on each floor and each floor has a couple bathrooms and it's own kitchen and/or living space. There is a pool table and darts on the second floor which were fun on nights we didn't go out.

Since the house is brand new, everything about it is super nice. There's front loading washer/dryer, 2 or 3 refrigerators, big showers, a a loft with a huge flat screen tv and 3 sofas. Honestly, the house had everything we needed. But do bring your own beach towels. There are a few at the house but since we had a large group we had to share.

Nathan showed us several local beaches that we would have never found (Josiah's Bay and Smugglers Cove - both have beach bars!) and told us about 2 great local restaurants - Pussers (East, I think) and The Dove. They were both delish. A few from the group ate at the Sky Restaurant that is walkable from the house and said it was really good too.

It's a little bit of a drive down the hill to get to the grocery, restaurants and beaches. But the view from the house is amazing. And the breeze is perfect. Especially at night. It was a great vacation and I'm ready to go back!

My favourite part of the house was definitely the view from my room when i woke up in the mornings ! The Jacuzzi is amazing and sooo bubbly :) Nathan was very helpful with maintaining the pool and showing us around the island.We were lucky to see a full moon one of the nights just over St. Thomas. The location is very quiet and private and the outdoor fire pit is very cool as well. loved it !

House is absolutely unbelievable and situated on the top of a hill with the most amazing view of the ocean and virgin islands. I would go back in a second. I was there before it was fully completed and it was one of the best trips I've ever had. I can't imagine what it would be like completed.

Huge house, great view and beautiful weather. If you like relaxing by the pool or enjoying the sunset at night, this is the place to go. I would go back in a heart beat. Definitely the place to stay when visiting Tortola.

This villa is amazing for groups...it has a sweet view of the ocean, and everything you need for the perfect vacation. Tortola is the best kept secret in the caribbean and you'd be crazy not to go visit, or to stay at Royal azure :)
