Very Nice but...

The Condo was excellent. Having a 'gated' community made it feel very safe. The Condo was clean and had all of the amenities that we needed. The only 'draw-back' was that since it was a 'Time-Share' we HAD to give up 90 minutes of our time (with our Realtor) for a terrible breakfast and a 'high pressured' sales pitch...and I mean 'High Pressured.' We were in Williamsburg looking for Retirement Communities, not Time-Shared. That was the longest 90 minutes of my life. Just make sure you know that it is a Time Share but the property was excellent. I would return but make sure you are careful what you sign...do not take the Tickets unless you do not mind the sales pitch.

Owner's Response: We welcome all reviews about our properties, but would like to take the time to make any renters aware that you are NOT REQUIRED in any way to attend a presentation. The resort will offer you free tickets or dinner certifcates to do so, but you make the decision on whether you want to take them up on that offer or not. We do not affiliate with their marketing program in any way and offer true vacation rentals.
