The Perfect Place

What a spectacular apartment!! We feel so lucky that we found this before we went ahead and booked a hotel. The space, the comfort, and the location couldn't have been any better for us three ladies, it was perfect. Everything is within walking distance and the views from this 16th floor condo with the 2 glass walls that completely open up are breathtaking. Although we arrived well past midnight Terence was waiting for us in the lobby and took the time to show us everything and recommend places for dining and tours...a wonderful host. The description in the listing is exactly as promised, it is beautifully decorated, clean and is well equipped with everything you may need. We highly recommend this condo and would not hesitate to stay here again, in fact, we wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else. It was a treat, thank you Terence!

Great location with amazing views.

The apartment is in the best location if you're going to stay in Patong. 1 block from the beach, awesome restaurants and shops right outside the entrance to the complex, and 1 block away from all the nightlife. The owner met with me when I first arrived and showed me everything in the apartment. The place has very comfortable beds along with modern appliances and a jacuzzi. I was very happy that I stayed here and if I'm ever back in Patong I would stay here again.

View! View! View! had a wnoder stay at this centrally located condo.What more could one ask for 1 block from beach,great restaurants at your door,tons of shopping around the corner and night life happening!
This condo really worked for us as I do not like staying at hotels.The accomodaion was so inviting and beautifully appointed. It is an older building but entering this corner condo will take your breath away!Owner was there to meet us and was very helpful,all in all a 10!!

Im a fussy person as to where I like to stay on holidays eg close to restaurants,shops,bars,beaches and transport facilities. This condo has it all!.The condo also has the best views in the patong beach area.
The owner Terry was extreamly helpful not only on arrival but was available at all times to give advice about the appartment and phuket. I have travelled around alot staying in many different places and this is by far one of the nicest, cleanest and well equipped and I do not have any reservations about recommending it to my family and friends. And I will be back!

SPECTACULAR VIEW CONDO

First of all I'd like to say that this condo was everything it stated and more. When Terry, the owner, opened the door for us on our arrival, we both were thrilled with the condo and the view is breathtaking. As stated on the previous review, the condo has two full glass walls that open right up and give you an ubelievable view of the ocean and the city, as it is a corner unit. The condo was beautifully decorated, a great balcony, and there are stores closeby and a huge new mall nearby for shopping and groceries. We will definitely be back, and didn't want to leave this exquisite haven.

Centrally located and modern furnished condo with amazing views

I think the advertisement understates how nice this condo is. The views are spectacular. With a corner condo, two walls are completely glass overlooking the water and the city.
And the condo is very well renovated. Updated appliances and furniture.
Additionally, the condo is centrally located and I felt very safe. Security lines the entrances of the hotels and tower that make up the area. And the area has egresses to various areas, so you can quickly go out in any direction. Laundry, shopping, and great restaurants are less than one minute walking distance. On a side note, Karlsson's right at the base of the tower, is a great restaurant.
To be honest, the building is an older building, so the lobby and hallways are older and do not look updated like a typical hotel, but the condo itself more than makes up for it.
And one of the best things, the owner is detail oriented and cares that you have an enjoyable stay.
I would repeat my choice of staying here without hesitation.
