Stunning mountain views are the focal point of this fantastic property sited on 14.56 acres, offering privacy as well as easy access to recreational activities at nearby resorts. The inviting contemporary style residence features both living room and family/playroom each with fireplace, spacious dining/kitchen area and detached 2-car garage. An oversized master bedroom and three additional guest bedrooms on the second floor and two in the finished lower level ensure ample accomodations for family visits and ski weekends. Glass doors lead to a wrap-around deck offering extra space for cookouts and overlooking the big Stratton views. The walk-out lower level leads directly outdoors to open meadowland enhanced with a pristine pond.

Another Wonderful Vacation in Vermont

My family and I have rented this wonderful home in Vermont for the third time in two years and enjoyed a very memorable vacation there. This home is nestled and secluded in the mountains and the view is spectacular. Inside, the home is spacious yet cozy and comfortable. You get that "I could stay here forever feeling" from the time you enter until the time has come to depart. The home is well equipped inside and out from an easy to cook in kitchen, entertaining game room for ping-pong or pool ,well stocked books and games and even a game of outdoor badminton. Young and old have plenty to do without even leaving the house.

The area offers many attractions, but I was most content curling up with a good book in the spectacular home and enjoying the view and natue around me.

My family has been renting homes in Vermont for over 40 years and no home can compare to this one. I can not wait to return!

What an amazing time we had in Vermont staying in this beautiful home! It has every comfort imaginable with the most breathtaking and picturesque views surrounding the property. I've stayed in my share of rental houses - this house is furnished and equipped like a primary residence - this is no typical rental . Everything in this home is new and in pristine shape. Now if you like to cook, you will love working in this kitchen. Want to play? The grounds are amazing and the basement is your private game room with a pool table and ping pong table, movies and video games for kids and adults.

The area has alot to offer as well. The owner's have put together a binder with all of the various options and activities that has something to please everyone. If you are not a skier I promise you that you will not be at a loss for fun things to do.

Expect to have a wonderful experience if you choose to rent this home! I know I'm going back!
