Once you settle back and relax in our condo you will know without a doubt this is the vacation spot and condo you have been looking for. The newly decorated condo on the top floor is nothing short of being absolutely amazing with a view that's spectacular.

Words cannot describe the view in the morning from the penthouse balcony watching the Dolphins play; it's truly a blessing to rise early, grab a Danish, a cup of coffee, then enjoy the wonders of the Gulf from the balcony. After a day on the beach or a day of shopping, watching the sun set over the emerald-green waters from the balcony is breath taking and romantic.

One will quickly discover that Celadon Beach Resort is one of the most luxurious condominiums located around Panama City Beach; located on the West end of the beach, it offers one of the most relaxing and welcoming location in Panama City Beach Florida. All of the property and amenities located on Celadon are maintained in an outstanding condition by an excellent and professional maintenance staff. With the vast amount of amenities available to one at Celadon, one will quickly agree that nothing is ever overlooked. A few of the amenities awaiting you are: Two Spa Tubs, Two Heated Pools (the north pool is indoor transitioning to the out-doors, the other pool is located out-doors on the south side), Tennis Court, Fitness Center, Covered Garage Parking, Covered Walk-Way from Garage, and natures own beautiful world famous SUGAR-WHITE SAND BEACH!!.

Debbie and I refurnished numerous items from the bedroom to balcony in October 2011, also during October 2011 we replaced all tile flooring with a beautiful porcelain tile; new carpet was installed in the master bedroom in 2010, new flat screen TV's, Blue Ray DVD's, cable, HBO, internet, Free Wi-Fi, DVD libary, many more amenities not mentioned. We also provide free beach service for our guest; the service is provided by a private contractor located on site from March through October. The service consists of two lounge chairs with umbrella.

The only thing missing from this Beautiful Fabulous Resort today is you.

You will find that our Condo is cozy, inviting, quite, relaxing, and ready for your arrival; you only need to unload your bags, relax & enjoy the wonders the Awe-inspiring Lord blessed us with.

The much talked about PIER PARK is here and only two miles east of Celadon. The festivities, shops, dining facilities, along with the special events ongoing daily and nightly makes this an awesome and exciting place to visit after a day on the beach day-after-day. Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville is just across the street from the beach and features a roof top view of the Gulf; order a drink and enjoy the cool breeze coming in from the Gulf while watching the waves roll in.

You will find that the Celadon is an upscale resort on the quite end of Panama City Beach. For a little taste of the active night life all one needs to do is head East on Front Beach Road. There one will find several amusement parks for the kids, numerous putt-putt golf courses, go-cart racing, night clubs, specialty boutiques, dozens of excellent restaurants, water parks and much more.

About Owners Gary & Debbie

Debbie and I were married in the fall of 1976 and have vacationed in Panama City Beach FL. every year we have had the opportunity. We have visited numerous other vacation spots around the world, but have always been drawn back to the sugar white sands of Panama City Beach.

The view from the top floor is spectacular! Debbie & I absolutely love our second home and we're sure you will also.

The primary reason we chose Celadon was location, west end of the beach is fabulous and relaxing.

This will be our final retirement home in 2016 (Lord Willing).

What makes this condo unique

We really enjoy dinning out in the evenings, with Capt. Andersons being #1 and Carrabba’s Italian Grill #2. We always bring our bikes and Seadoo when we visit our second home, always looking forward to rising early and riding the bikes to Thomas Donuts for breakfast. Another highlight of rising early is sitting on the balcony watching the Dolphins and stingrays play and swim by. In the evening we love walking through Pier Park, going through the shops and shopping for the condo is a highlight we always look forward too.

Our stay at this condo was wonderful. The location was exactly where the description stated. The photos were accurate in reflecting the appearance, amenities, etc. Property was clean and well maintained. The owners were great in helping to answer all of my questions and I loved working with them. I would definitely recommend the property to anyone. Pier Park is within reasonable distance of property, which I loved. I recommend Dusty's, the food was wonderful and I also recommend Thomas Donuts and Snack Shoppe. Both of these places are very easy to get to from the property.

Some girlfriends and I stayed at this condo for a girls weekend getaway. This condo was gorgeous!!!! Everything was clean and neat as can be. It is very nicely furnished. The owners have gone above and beyond with little extras such as shampoo, soap, etc. They even had Q-tips and bandaids stocked in the bathroom! We will definitely stay here again! Thanks for sharing your condo with us!

Wonderful Getaway!

We have stayed in quite a few condos in PCB and this one is the nicest by far! The condo was extremely clean and had lots of little extras you don't expect to see. The view is incredible! The complex itself, Celadon, is very nice and on the quiet end of the beach. Gary is so easy to work with and reponds quickly to any questions. This vacation was to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary and we enjoyed every minute. Thank you for allowing us a place to just relax and enjoy each other while on the beach!!!

My daughter and I visited the Celadon for Spring Break 2013. The condo was awesome. Gary & Debbie has a top notch vacation get away. After arriving early, I emailed Gary and he was very quick to respond with the housekeeper to assure the Condo was ready. Once arriving at Condo, the phone rings and of course I'm like who knows we are here and the phone number. It was Gary, the owner, to make sure we got inside the condo Ok and to see if things where as expected. The location is exactly perfect. Gorgeous beach and far enough away from all the celebrating young adults. Even though the first few days where cold and windy, we were able to sit on the balcony and watch the waves. Upon arrival they also had a basket full of goodies. They go above and beyond to make their second home comfortable to all. I have been renting condo's for years and this is the best I have visited. Thanks again Gary & Debbie, hoping to make it back late summer.

We really enjoyed our stay - although the weather was a little cool and windy, the condo had all the amenities and the view was stellar! I would definitely put this particular condo on the list for the most comfortable, with some of the best views of the ocean and sunsets that Panama City has to offer!

We enjoyed the two week period in your beautiful condo. The view from the top floor was amazing. Your attention to having your guests make themselves feel at home is to be commended - you have outdone yourselves. The special touches were very much appreciated. You have thought of everything and more.

Regarding the pictures shown online, I think that the condo is even prettier - there is a real style which makes it so comfortable. We found everything very clean and I would recommend it to anyone and everyone. We enjoyed going to different restaurants in the area and had great food - plus we did make use of your appliance stocked kitchen in preparing some meals in. Thank you so much for making us feel at home, while we were away from our home. We hope to return soon.

My Family recently had the pleasure of staying in Gary and Debbie's condo. It was very nice and the cleanest we have ever stayed in at Panama City Beach. They were sure to include such nice touches throughout the condo to make our stay the best we have had so far! I would highly recommend staying with Gary and Debbie!:)

AMAZING CONDO !!!!

We stayed in this unit Aug 4th thru 11th. We had a great time the unit was everything they said it would be and more. I would defintly recomend this unit to anyone looking for a home away from home. Because they make you feel right at home. The view was awesome. Hope to return again next year. The snack basket they had for us was awesome my 8 year old granddaughter loved it. It really gave it a personal touch. Thank you Gary & Debbie for shareing your condo with us.

Debbie and Gary have thought of everything you need to make your stay in their condo comfortable. Everything is tastefully decorated, no expense has been spared to make this 'home away from home'
