We really enjoyed our 3 week stay at this beautiful condo! It is very well equipped with all amenities, as well as comfortable furniture and king sized bed. The Owner has been very accomodating with quick responses to all of our questions and the Property Managers were very capable. The pool is now our favorite of all the ones we have had the pleasure to relax around. The view of the beach with ocean waves crashing to the shoreline was mesmerizing. The long stretch of clean beach was great to walk along and enjoy the sun. In the evenings we would hop on a local bus into Ixtapa to have great evenings at the several restaurants available and although we were in the area during a lower tourist season there was enough variety to choose from. We had great service & food at Mama Norma & Deborah's; Deborah's Chili Beans; Frank's; The General's; Soleiado; and the best food & service was at Beccofino's (the Marina). As well, the snack bar food and service around the pool was good too! We also enjoyed a fabulous sunset on a catamaran The Picante...will do that again for sure! We walked back to the condo each evening from Ixtapa town and felt safe, so it was a great way to digest dinner! Overall our stay was a wonderful experience and we have already booked for next year to enjoy it all again!

we just got back from this beautiful condo at the bayview marina. the property was very clean and well maintained. the condo was pretty much what was described to us.it is perfect for 2 people.we would recommend it to anyone as long as we can keep renting....haha

The condo was perfect. The owner and property manager were extremely helpful. The owner followed up by email to see if everything was acceptable and if we had any questions. The description was very accurate. Location perfect. We have been to Ixtapa many times before and this unit is perfect for a couple or small family. We are booking again for next year.

We stayed at Juan's condo for about a month and were absolutely pleased. It is very bright, roomy and comfortable. The large deck wraps around from the living room to the master bedroom. The views are gorgeous, you can enjoy your coffee on the deck while watching the sunrise or a glass of wine while enjoying Ixtapa's night lights. Having the extra full bath was a convenience b/c we had friends visit for a day and after time spent at the 'gorgeous' infinity pool & boogie boarding they had a bathroom to freshen up.
The gym at the property provides great views of the ocean and grounds. Sometimes we were entertained by dolphins instead of the flat screens. The gym has life fitness equipment, 2 of almost everything including recumbent bikes, upright stationary bikes, elipticals and also 3 treadmills. There are a reasonable amount of weights too.
We would definitely recommend and stay at Juan's condo again.

I went last week to this condo and everything was great. At the begining I was not so sure about my decision because this way of rental it's not so usual in mexico, but after stayin almost one week I can tell you these is one of the best options on Ixtapa.

I been on Amara, Monarca and Iguana Ixtapa and this condo combines the best of each: great design and nice pool from Amara, excelent staff from Monarca and perfect location from Iguana, plus the owner is reliable and always ready to explain anything that you need.

What We saw on the few pictures showed here were only one page of an extensive fun, interseting book, A clean and functional place to stay and relax, We recived friendly help of all the staff since our arrival and during all our stay, I sincerely believe that there are no photos to imagine the full picture of the condominion confort as well as all the services and amenities available in the resort, We Always receved friendly help of the staff in all areas and services, I recommend widely to everybody 100% positive that you will have a comfortable and fun holidays, in addition to the Restaurantes all over the front beach street and marina I suggest visit the small village of Ziguatanejo mainly Sunday day in which cultural activities and typical regional dance take place. I honestly will said that my last vacation at this Ixtapa Beach condominium achieved a 10, remarkable unforgettable days.

Everything was great. The Properties company was very helpful. Very nice condo. Pool area beautiful. Very affordable Snackbar. Will definately go back.
