We stayed at this house for 2 weeks and couldn't have asked for a better place. This place had it all. Everything you needed was provided and the location was great as well. The owners were great to work with and we would highly recommend staying here.

We have been renting from VRBO for 8 years and have had many great experiences, but this property was by far the most incredible. The listing's description and photos represented the property well; but actually being there exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, as soon as we arrived we grabbed our snorkel gear and headed out the gate. There were so many things to do, and yet it was hard to leave the house! We saw dolphins from the porch one morning and enjoyed walking to Magic Sands Beach. The owner's guidebook was very helpful. The property was well equipped with anything you would need. The bed in the master bedroom was incredibly comfortable and the towels and linens were so soft. We did not have much time to watch TV but there were plenty of channels and we were able to watch the Dallas Cowboy game! We would highly recommend this property for families, couples or anyone who wants to be close to the ocean. Our favorite part was sleeping with the door open and hearing the ocean.

Words can just not express how beautiful this place is nor how good one feels when here! We expected a lot prior to our visit because the owners description and the comments of others were so positive but, truly, "words cannot express." Everything including the home, the furnishings, the supplies, the pool, the views, and the location were way beyond perfect. Okay, I know that may not be possible but let's not get philosophical! The book of "helpful information" which was painstakingly prepared by the owner, the photograph album and the guest book comments were also amazing! None of us wanted to leave but we had to get back to the real world. This place is most certainly "out of this world." Go and enjoy! You'll feel like royalty!

We've been renting VRBOs for over 10 years, all over North America and Europe. This is the best one we've stayed in. Everything about the place is just right and the owners are really nice.

The previous reviews are spot on!! The quality of the unit is without a doubt one if the very best we have ever rented anywhere in the world and on average we rent through VRBO 3 times a year. Brenda is GREAT to work with including researching the TV channels available as my husband was looking for a specific channel. I'm thankful for her research. It was truly above and beyond.

I do want to say a couple things to those of you who like me are light (bad) sleepers like me, the
birds are overwhelmingly loud about 5:15 AM which is to be expected in such a lush environment but nonetheless annoying. So bring ear plugs. And if you are light sensitive and are staying the beautiful master suite be prepared for light to come in through the "side" windows as the windows have no curtains or blinds. The complex does a nice job of lighting for security which is great but again, nonetheless annoying. The bed is a memory foam mattress which is not my favorite mattress in the world but my husband liked it. Our friends thought the bed in the second upstairs bedroom was great.

The living room couch and love seat are beautiful but not that comfy. Although the two leather chairs are great.

We snorkeled right outside the complex through the private gate and the snorkeling there rivals the best places in the Big Island. Spectular. We snorkeled just about every day either first thing in the morning or late afternoon when the ocean was calm.

And sadly, the folks in the unit next to us were as loud as the birds in the morning and when they had their meals so we adjusted to eat after they were done to avoid the noise. Can't help the company but the units are close enough together that it can be a concern.

All my sleep concerns aside we would definitely consider staying here again if we visit the Big Island in the future.

This was our first trip to Hawaii and we could not have picked a nicer place to stay. Spacious, comfortable, and clean with a wonderful ocean view from both levels. We snorkled right out in front of the property and Magic Sands Beach was just around the corner. We enjoyed the pool and spa tub in the mornings and evenings. Our deep sea fishing trip provided us with fresh fish to eat all week and the kitchen was well equipped. The location in Kona is convenient. A short drive to downtown. I can't wait to return for some more Aloha.

We stayed with two other couples the first week of March. The house was well maintained the location was great, Brenda was great to work with. The house was more beautiful than the pictures and well equipped with anything we could possibly need. This was one of the most relaxing vacations we have ever had. The snorkling was great. We would very much like to return in the future.

This is a gorgeous home with an amazing view. The owners have anticipated every need of their guests. The amenities are endless from the fresh flowers, the guidebooks, the luxury linens and comfortable bedding, beach mats and umbrella, coolers, etc. and even frosty beer mugs in the freezer! The home is spacious (3 bedrooms), beautifully furnished with perfect ocean views. The snorkeling just outside the ocean gate was amazing and the sunsets, unforgettable.
