Excellent place to get away from the hustle and bustle of your busy life. The deer practly eat out of your hands.

We really enjoyed this house initially. It was spacious, very clean, and very accommodating with the amount of kitchen appliances and utensils available for use. There was a great "mountain house" feel to the house and yet the kitchen and bathrooms were still very modern. It is only a short walk from the lake and located relatively near grocery stores, etc. The realtor was also extremely helpful in answering all of my questions in a timely manner.

However, we were very disappointed that we were charged for the supposed breaking of a shelf and drawer in the refrigerator and this amount was deducted from our security deposit. We cleaned out the entire refrigerator before we left and are sure that we did not break said items. Allegedly, the subsequent renters found an exploded soda can behind the drawer and the shelf and drawer were broken. We were in no way responsible for this and were disappointed that this charge was assessed against us. There was also not much discussion permitted when we were made aware of this. I received little explanation as to how we could possibly be held responsible for this charge. We certainly would have, otherwise, been interested in renting this property again.
