unfortunately, we cannot agree.......

Upon arrival, I noticed the kitchen counter tops to be sticky and left over crumbs behind and under the toaster. The bathrooms were unclean and the tubs were stained with unrinsed soap, brown stains and pubic hair. I purchased Clorox and cleaned for the first two hours upon arrival. As we prepared to go to bed that evening, I noticed two large semen spots on the comforter? This was the last straw for me! We slept without a comforter. The sheets on our bed are very thin and were so wrinkled as if they were left in the dryer for days before they were placed on the mattress. I tried to vacuum the carpet in front of the leather sofa, but the vacuum cleaner chamber was so full of dirt that there was no suction coming from the vac. Cleaner! It is my observation, that, while the condo could be all as described it is not well cared for. This condo must always be serviced,cleaned and maintained by a professional cleaning service, to include proper sanitation after guest departure and a complete check over with the owner of the condominium. Indeed I would return, but only after through inspection with owner! I can only give a one star rating at this time, I am disappointed, it was not in my plan to clean and scrub first as we arrived.

Owner's Response: Obviously we were horrified by this review and extremely disappointed with our substitute cleaner. It has been Rob’s goal to provide the ultimate in luxury in this rental and we were ashamed that that these guests had to experience a lapse in the typical cleanliness found by ALL of the previous renters. It was especially unfortunate that we did not even learn about this situation until the review was submitted as we’d certainly have responded instantly and rectified the problems if we’d been made aware of the situation.
After learning of this, we have instituted new cleaning standards and will have all linens professionally cleaned between renters, rather than using the laundry equipment in the condo as was done in the past. We have also purchased new bedding so there will always be a complete change between renters. We expect that with all of this that no future guests will ever encounter anything but the highest standards of cleanliness when they check in. I certainly look forward to having future guests confirm that this was indeed an aberration and that the condo is all that is expected by our guests … and more.

Home away from home!

This condo deserves 5 stars! Right from our first correspondence with Angie who was wonderful to deal with on behalf of the owner. Then the property manager Vicki was very reliable and efficient. The condo was clean and well maintained. We appreciated all the extras that made it home away from home! The 2 master suites were luxurious! The kitchen had great appliances and all the amenities you could ever need. The pool area was like a tropical resort. We even loved the 2 bunnies who hung around outside our condo. Most of all we loved the location! You could walk over to Kierland Commons for 5 star dining or the iPIC for a 5 star movie experience. We would definitely return and highly recommend this rental property.

Shhh. Don't tell anyone and save this special treasure just for us. Excellent! Best location in town. Great pool (the walk from the condo to the pool is a stone's throw). Great for handicap or people with trouble moving around. The beds are phenomenal. Management is totally responsive and great.

Wonderful condo, comfortable and convenient

We spent 2 weeks at this condo during a family vacation to Arizona and were very happy with our experience. We would stay here again. We had never been to the area before and the location was great. Kierland Commons is 2 minutes away and has great restaurants and shopping. We went up to Sedona and the Grand Canyon, and the access to the 101 and the 17 North was easy and close. Close to grocery stores and a pharmacy and everything else you would need.
The complex was well maintained and quiet. There is a lovely pool area which was not overly busy particularly during the week. There are barbeques around the pool for use, and we had no difficulty finding one available. The condo is located on the inside of the complex so there is no traffic noise, and you are close to the pool area. It is a gated community which provides added security. The grounds were beautifully maintained. There is a business centre which had a couple of computers and printers which was convenient when we needed to print boarding passes etc. There is also a gym, a billards table, and movie room available.
The pictures and description provided were very accurate. The condo is beautifully decorated, equipped and clean. There are two king size beds which were wonderfully comfortable, and there were lots of pillows. The kitchen had everything needed, and having a washer and dryer was great. The patio has a comfortable love seat and 2 chairs with a table which we used extensively.
Angie and Vicki were great to deal with and made everything easy. We would recommend staying at this property.

Gorgeous Unit

We (my husband and another couple) enjoyed our time at the Plaza Residences. The Unit itself was beautifully decorated and very well appointed. The 2 masters suites were wonderful, if a little on the small side but the beds were very comfortable and there was lots of closet space. The bathrooms are both great with lots of counter and storage space. The pool/barbeque and gym are is very nice.

My daughter and I just stayed for a total of 8 nights. Everything was first rate straight from the get go. Working with the owner's staff (Angie and Vicki) was a pure delight. They were very acommodating and flexible. The condo was beautifully decorated and maintained. My daughter claimed the master bedroom for herself and I found it hard to get her moving in the mornings due to the extremely comfortable bed! In fact when we left, we stayed at a nice hotel on the way home and she was so spoiled from the comfortable bed, that she was not at all able to sleep on the hotel's bed!! I would highly recommend this place, it was VERY comfortable and relaxing.

I stayed here for an extended time due to some work projects - it was a great place! Owner and local assistant were a pleasure to work with. The place is fantastic and well maintained, well decorated and in a great location for everything Scottsdale has to offer. I plan to stay again!

Even Better the Second Time

In April, I had the pleasure of staying at this property for a second time and enjoyed it even more! This condo is just so comfortable that it really did feel like I was at home. The patio was the perfect spot to enjoy my morning coffee and this time around I was able to take advantage of the marvellous pool area. The setting for the pools is so serene mixed with a nice balance of residences and guests coming and going.
The complex that this unit is in is very well taken care of and in such a conveniently located area. You have many amenities in the immediate area as well as easy access to main roadways - not to mention the fantastic pathway half a block away that takes you along the neighbouring golf course.
I cannot say enough about the comfort, location and ease associated with this property! I am looking forward to my next visit.
