It is completely refurbished and is designed with your comfort in mind. It has a sunny full kitchen with all new appliances and all the cookware, tableware and cutlery you need if you want to dine-in. There is a dining table, and full living space with a lounge, sofa-sleeper, HD flat screen TV with pivots for viewing from the living area or the bed area (with Direct TV, DVD, DVR, and nearly all premium channels!), a stereo to play music from your iPod and high-speed internet. The bedroom area has a new queen bed and adjacent full bath. The cottage has beautiful high ceilings and custom tile floors. All bed linens and towels are provided for your convenience. If you would like to spend some time outdoors, you can have of glass a wine on the porch while relaxing in the Adirondack chairs and enjoying the beautiful mountain and winery views. The property has a lovely courtyard area with a fountain, BBQ and outdoor table and chairs adjacent to the guest house. The property also has a large hot tub with mountain views and a pool with an outdoor fire area for you to enjoy during your stay.

Do you want to play golf at Pasatiempo, surf in Santa Cruz, kayak in Monterey or go biking at one of the many nearby trails – but don’t want to pack all of the gear? No problem- we have golf clubs, bikes, surf boards and kayaks you can use during your stay. The cottage is also available for long term rent! An IDEAL place for short or long term corporate housing.
