Welcome to our weekend escape. We simply do not have time to enjoy this wonderful little lakeside condo enough as we would like, so we would like to share it with others. We hope you enjoy this retreat as much as we do. If you are looking for a quaint little place to enjoy Lake Hamilton and Hot Springs, this is the perfect alternative to a motel! This little 1 bedroom unit with a queen bed and a queen sofa sleeper is located right on the lake yet still close to everything Hot Springs has to offer.

It is 2 minutes from Wal mart and 4 minutes from the Mall. Oaklawn park with racing and gaming awaits only 7 minutes from Buena Vista. Beautiful Historic Downtown Hot Springs is only 15 minutes up Central Avenue! Visit the Wax Museum or take a tour of the Fordyce bathhouse. And Don't forget about the kids, Magic Springs and Mid America Museum are only 20 minutes away!

A boat Launch is located right in front of the building. Don't have a boat? No Problem, a professional guide is available on site! Or if water sports are more your liking, boat rentals are available. Straight across the Lake is Garvan Woodland Gardens.

A covered grilling area, fish cleaning station, swimming dock, Olympic size pool, ample parking, and plenty of green room to roam are all available for your use and enjoyment! All for about the same cost as a motel thats located far from the water!

About The Owner

Hi, We hope you enjoy this unit as much as we do! We split most of our time between South Arkansas and North Louisiana taking care of jobs, children and Grandchildren. We decided to share this property with others so just give us a call and come have some fun!

Why The Owner chose Hot Springs

We have always loved the Hot Springs area and finally decided to purchase our own little place. After searching all over the lake we settled on Buena Vista for two main reasons. It is peaceful and Quite and has a great location! We are only a phone call away. We hope you enjoy this unit as much as we do!

What makes this condo unique

We love to take the grandkids to the Mid America Museum and Magic Springs. Sometimes we just take an evening cruise on the lake and pull up at one of our favorite restaurants by boat. Lisa loves the massages that can be enjoyed an any of the spas or bath houses. There are Go carts for the little ones and Superlift ORV for the adults to ride ATV's.

Excellent vacation for me, my teen daughter and her friend :)

I will definitely be coming back if the condo is still available to rent :) The teen girls loved it too. Everything you could possibly want to do is within short driving distance. I spent most of the time on the balcony relaxing and reading. The lake was so beautiful to watch at night. It was quiet and peaceful.

Restful Weekend

My husband were in town for a wedding. We decided to try a condo, which was the best idea. Much more room than a hotel room and quieter. We loved the space and the view from the balcony. I spent the whole day Saturday sitting on the balcony, reading a book, and watching the activity on the water. Although the unit was old, it was clean and well maintained. I loved the old look of the place. We would like to stay here again when we are in Hot Springs. Mark was very helpful with questions and responded quickly in answering them. If you have a boat and into water sports, this is a great place for you,

We had a great time, only wish the weather could have been better.
Nice accommodations! Only thing missing was the warm weather :)

No more hotels for me in Hot Springs! I truly enjoyed staying at the condo. Perfect location right on the lake with wonderful views. My kids just loved when the ducks would come up and they could feed them!It was close to all the attractions, restaurants, and shopping yet away from the hustle and bustle. Every convenience had been thought of which made it like a home away from home. Everything was super clean. Thanks for the wonderful stay!!! We can't wait to come back!!!

We had a great time in Hot Springs. The condo was right on the lake & we could set on the balcony & watch the boats & geese. The location was absolutely fabulous, close to shopping, restaurants & the race track. Hopefully, it won't be so long the next time between trips.
