Our Yampa View condo is located above the valley floor with a spectacular view of the valley and the snow-caped Flattop Mountain range to the south. The deck has a Weber grill, table and chairs so you can grill and dine,(in warm weather) while enjoying the panoramic view of valley and mountains. The kitchen was recently remodeled including new ceramic tiled countertop. The new gas fireplace insert creates a cheery atmosphere as well as heating much of the condo. A solid oak table seats 10 people. Bathrooms have also been remodeled. Although Steamboat is noted for its downhill powder skiing in the winter, it also has excellent marked cross country trails on Rabbit Ears Pass and other areas. In the spring and summer the winter snow becomes water for kayakers, boaters, innertubers and fishermen.
