Comfortable Home With A Great Backyard
We wanted to meet my in-laws somewhere warm and sunny for Thanksgiving and this home was the perfect spot for our relaxing holiday. There are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby in Peoria, and the proximity to the 101 made for an easy drive to just about anywhere in the Phoenix area. We also enjoyed walking the nearby trails to the neighborhood park. The house is clean and comfortable, with more than enough space, towels, bedding, and showers to accommodate the six of us. There were also lots of thoughtful little things to make our stay enjoyable and easy - detergent/dryer sheets in the laundry room, pool floats for the kids, and a kitchen stocked well enough for us to prepare a Thanksgiving dinner. But we definitely spent most of our time using the wonderful pool, spa, and fire pit in the backyard; having a private spot to swim, eat, and just relax outside really made this vacation a fun one! Rob was friendly and organized from my initial inquiry to the prompt return of our deposit. Thanks for the great stay - we will definitely look to stay at this home again!!

All we wanted
After having a son we had a really hard time being cooped up in a hotel. Over the last four years we have rented several homes and had our family join us. This home met the needs of all of us, we felt like we were at home, enjoyed the pool, made brunch and a great time. We attended a very close by wedding, and the home accommodated all of us, my uncles even had a nearby place to hike. Shopping was close by, and we got everything we expected. We were even just 20 minutes from Alice Coopers restaurant. Thanks Rob and Brent, we hope we can make our way by again!

Great house for a multi family vacation
The house was clean and set up great for a multi family vacation. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. Close to shopping and restaurants. Would highly recommend this house. We will definitely be renting it again!

Great Location
We spent 10 days at the house, couldn't have been better. My son was playing in a USA baseball tournament at the Mariners and Dodger complex. This house was in a great location for both. It was nice to be able to come home from the games ( temp was 112) and jump in the pool.

Wonderful vacation home
We have rented this home for a week the past two years and have been very pleased both times. It is exactly as the pictures show and Rob was very easy to work with. It offers everything we needed and was easy to find. Our Granddaughters enjoy the pool and hot tub. We had a fire every night. I would recommend this property to anyone, as it is clean and well kept.

Great House and Fun Time Here!
Highly recommend this place! Lots of space for everyone. Pool is great - kids loved the diving board, TV out on the covered patio and nice hot tub for cool nights. Layout is nice for privacy for all. Large family room and great kitchen and eating area. We loved the fresh grapefruits from the tree in the backyard for the mornings! Owners are also very easy to work with. Stay here if you are coming to the Phoenix area!

Great home !!!!!!
We stayed at this home during spring break and attended spring training baseball. The listing description was very accurate and the photos are exactly what you will find when you arrive. The house is very close to groceries stores, Costco, Wal-mart etc.
The owner was very helpful in answering all of our questions prior to booking and was very responsive during our stay. The property was well maintained and clean.
We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a rental in this area.

The perfect vacation home
Three generations of my family stayed in this beautiful home for a week. It was perfect. The pool and backyard are amazing. The kids spent hours every day in the pool. We particularly enjoyed the treat of picking our breakfast fruit, oranges or grapefruits, from the backyard trees. The kitchen had everything you would need to prepare meals. The house is furnished with quality furniture and the bed are comfortable. Most important the owner was prompt and easy to work with. Two days after we got home, we were already booking next year's stay.

Great backyard and close to golf courses
We went down for a golf weekend. The house was perfect for the group. Everything was clean and comfortable. The back yard was awesome. The pool nice and warm and the fire pit was great at night.

Great back yard
