My family and I loved this home! It's in great condition, clean and just lovely! Natasha (owner) was so helpful and kind, and we really appreciated all her help getting us situated. The house has everything you need, from utensils to towels to dish soap. We really liked how close it was to the beach and everything else we needed. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The pool (spacious & clean!) was a bonus feature considering we spent every day lounging around it! We would definitely recommend this house and are looking forward to renting it out again next year!

We only stay a few days, but this house is absolutely gorgeous. The inside is well maintained, inviting, nicely decorated and has all the amenities that you need. Outside is a relaxing area with a fantastic view. We had such a great time that we are going back next year for a longer time period. Great location, it is very close to beaches, shopping, etc.

What a great time we had in this house. It is very spacious and comfortable. The patio and pool area are just gorgeous. We really hated to leave. Natasha was a joy to work with....can't wait to go back..

We have just returned from a two week stay at Natasha's house and we had a great time. The house is in a great location, restaurants, supermarkets and shopping are all within easy reach and the neighbourhood is quiet and feels very safe.
Everything you need is provided and the huge kitchen has high end washer, drier and enormous fridge. The outside patio area is amazing and gets the sun all day; we spent most of our days lounging by the pool.
We loved it so much we are returning for two weeks in September.

This is the 2nd year that our group has stayed in Natasha's beautiful home, and again, it was perfect. The home is beautifully situated on the waterway where we spent most of our time lounging poolside. The inside of the home is spacious, clean, and uncluttered and has a great layout. Thanks Natasha for another memorable vacation. We plan on coming back next year!

One of the lower cost homes in this area, and well worth the money. Stayed with a total of 8 guys down for a football game, and it met our needs nicely. There are several small "Attention to detail type things" that make this house not quite as nice as many others around it, but for the price it was great.

Pros: Nice location on the canal. About 2 miles by car from the beach. Nice backyard/pool. Lots of room in the house. Spacious kitchen. Responsive owner. The separate "apartment" allowed people to find their own space when needed.

Cons:
1. Paper products....We had enough for about one night.
2. Beds and sheets. Several of the beds did not have mattress covers and the sheets were very old and worn. Felt like "college dorm" style with many beds having a worn sheet and an old blanket, vice nice sheets and comforters. Fitted sheets often came undone over the night.
3. The TV in the living room is old with dim/poor picture quality. I know most people don't go to Florida to watch TV, and we didn't watch much either, but it was almost unusable.

Overall, this is a good house for a great price. If I were going back with couples/families we might consider a nicer house for a little more money, but for a group of guys or families that want to maximize their dollar, this is a great house.

Again, the owner was VERY responsive and this is a big plus.

What a wonderful place to stay and beautiful location! Close to everything, beach, restaurants, grocery stores etc. We had 9 people staying at Natasha and Tim's house and there was plenty of room for all of us and the large kitchen made it very easy for us to prepare great meals! The pool and the rest of the house were just as the pictures showed and the house was very clean. We'd recommend this to friends and relatives anytime. Thanks for opening your house to us!

My family and I just returned to Ohio after our perfect stay in Natasha and Tim's home. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed and made comfortable. Natasha and Tim greeted us and gave us a brief tour to ensure we had everything we needed. We knew we could call them at any time with questions, but our stay was so perfect we never needed to. I would like to thank them for a vacation my family and I will never forget.

Regarding the house, pictures can't capture the true beauty and spaciousness of the home. There were seven in our group and though we chose to spend 90 percent of our time on the patio, we each had the option of privacy. Having three different bathrooms made it very convenient to bathe after a day of sun. There was no shortage of hot water even with all three showers in use at the same time.
We were provided plenty of towels and linens. All of the appliances in the home are top of the line. We loved the openness of the home so much, each day we flipped the air conditioning off, and opened up the windows and doors for an even more "beachy" feel.

Some of the highlights of our trip included teaching my 3-year-old nephew to swim in the beautiful pool. He now asks daily why we can't live in a house like the one in Florida. We saw lots of wildlife as we sat on the dock with our morning coffee, including a beautifully spotted stingray. We walked to the beach often and although it was a bit of a longer walk, it made us feel free to eat and drink as we pleased. Ultimately, the home created a space in which we were able to bond as a family, slow down from the everyday grind and enjoy each other. We loved it.

I along with my family would highly recommend this vacation home. We hope very much to return one day.
