Just returned from a week's stay in this lovely, well-appointed home. It was a girls' getaway and it completely met and exceeded our expectations for comfort, relaxation, beautiful views of mountains and golf course, swimming and sunbathing, a kitchen that made for enjoyable meal preparation, a patio conducive to lingering, a quiet neighborhood in which to walk, and shops and restaurants only minutes away. The owner was a delight to work with and a gracious host. I highly recommend this to others, and definitely plan to return myself.

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful condo, everything was spotless and beautifully furnished. No detail was overlooked and the delivery of the newspaper every morning was a treat! This is truly a special place to stay and we were so happy to call it home for three weeks. Marc is a pleasure to know and deal with; very professional and accommodating. Thank you Marc for everything, we look forward to our stay again next year!

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at this property for an extended period of time this past winter. The condo is accurately described on the web-site with even a few "extras". The southern exposure is great for lots of sunshine and mountain views from the patio. The condo is spotlessly clean, nicely decorated, well appointed and very compfortable; no detail has been overlooked. This location is the preferred location in the Palm Springs area: convenient to shopping, wonderful restaurants, hiking trails and of course, golf. Marc has been a pleasure to deal with and we would certainly recommend this condo to friends and family.

We had a fantastic time staying in this home and couldn't have asked for a better place to spend a weekend in La Quinta. The home (a duplex set up with neighbours we did not encounter) has a ground level 2 car garage stocked with bikes to ride around the development and into Old Town La Quinta for coffee, wonderful food, and amenities. After entering the spotless entryway with mirrored closets, a short stairway leads you to the open living area. Two bedrooms (both with master en suites, sitting areas, and flat screen TV's) are well furnished and came with multiple sets of fresh sheets. A large dining table and comfortable sitting area flank the gourmet kitchen with every appliance you could ever need for a weekend of cooking and relaxing. The beds were beyond comfortable and the view to the golf course and surrounding mountains is spectacular. An outdoor area is covered and screened from neighbours and has a table with chairs to soak up the sun or enjoy an outdoor meal. The place was a dream and we were not wanting for anything. Marc is accommodating and professional, and his home is the absolute best. Book this amazing home and you're promised a fantastic weekend in beautiful La Quinta!

My wife and I had a fantastic time in La Quinta, and this beautiful home on the Dunes course was a fantastic place to call "home" while we were visiting. The owners have done everything right in terms of location, decorations and furnishings. Most importantly, they were both a delight to work with, and to get to know.
