Roll out of bed and put your toes in the sand when you stay at the Oceanfront home “Connemara.” This classic 4 bedroom, 2 bath home located in the Whalehead neighborhood in Corolla offers private access to the wide sandy beach just in front of this home via its boardwalk and oceanfront gazebo. After lazy days soaking up the sun rinse off in the outdoor shower or foot washes (2) before you relax on the Oceanside decks and take in the panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean. Inside this home offers a cozy great room which features a dining table that accommodates 8, a fully equipped kitchen with bar seating for four (4), a living room with TV/ DVD/ CD player / stereo and wireless internet. Ocean views abound from each of the four bedrooms which are located in the wings of the house. Fall asleep to the sound of crashing waves in either the Queen Master Suite with TV / VHS, Queen Bedroom, Twin Bedroom with 2 beds or the Bunk Bedroom. Evenings are best spent grilling out on the charcoal grill, enjoying drinks on the Oceanside deck or watching the sea from the private gazebo.

Perfection at Connemara

This house was the best accommodation we've rented in 30 years. Don't let the outer appearance fool you. This well designed and constructed home left nothing to want. You could rent a more imposing looking, more expensive beach home, but why? We will definitely return to this home on our next trip to the OBX.

Connemara is our new favorite vacation spot!

We LOVE LOVE LOVE Connemara! We had such a wondeful time at this house and plan to return there. The house was spotless and had a private entrance with footwash to what felt like our very own beach. We were the only family on that beach because the public accesses were several houses down on either side of the house. We felt so comfortable here and had magnificent views of the ocean from our gazebo. The outside shower was brand new and huge and the great room was spacious. The only suggestion I would make would be to add a gas grill to the home because we had trouble using the charcoal grill and could not cook on it. This was our first time renting from Paramount Destinations and it was a very pleasant experience. They let us know that we could enter the house earlier than the scheduled check-in time because the house was ready...very nice! They also checked on us by stopping by and calling to ensure we were enjoying ourselves. We loved the roll-in, roll-out service for garbage as well. What a wonderful vacation experience!

Connemara Beach Vacation

We loved the house!! We have been renting over 25 years and this was the cleanest house we have rented. We had to leave on Thursday because my father-in-law passed away on Tuesday. We really enjoyed being ocean front again. Just wish it had a pool and we could have stayed longer. Your rental agency is top notch!! Probably one of the best we have used. We would definitely recommend Paramount Destinations to others.

A GREAT TIME IN COROLLA, NC

It is always interesting when you book a place by pictures, because sometimes the pictures can be deceiving. In this case, we were all presantly surprised of what a great property this was. It was nice and homey, and we all had a wonderful time staying at Corolla in Connemara. This was our first time in OBX, and we fell in love with it. It has the Florida Keys feel with a northern touch. Paramount Destinations, you did great. Thank you so much for making our week so special. We will be back. Thanks again.
