Walk through the door of this 1790 home and the first thing you will see is a fire place reminiscent of the one in the kitchen of Paul Revere's house in Boston (only in better condition). Each room is carefully renovated and decorated to recall the past, but with all of the comforts of the present. Skip the traffic in Boston...it is only an hour by commuter train, a fun and cheap trip. We sat on the lovely private deck in candlelight and listened to live music drifting from the beautiful ocean front park across the street . Extremely well equipped kitchen, cook a four course meal if you want, then eat on the deck or in the large dining room. The ensuite bathrooms are luxurious, fantastic water pressure in the showers. Boston is a GREAT American city, if you can stand to leave the house to explore it. Lots of surprises in this magical home, we can't wait to return. Thank you Malia for thinking of everything!

We rendezvoused here and shared this incredible home with our kids and grandkids for almost a week - everyone agreed it was an experience of a lifetime. We had 5 adults and 4 children and everyone had plenty of "space." The owner was very accommodating and the site manager was always available and extremely courteous and helpful. As the web site photos show, the home has been completely renovated and upgraded throughout - it is truly immaculate! I could not do it justice to try to describe the location - 1 block from historic city center, directly across the street from the city park on Plymouth Bay - nothing but a few trees between our view of the harbor, Mayflower II, and Plymouth Rock! If you're considering a vist to Boston (1 hour drive) or just looking for a beautiful "getaway" on the coast, I promise you won't be disappointed! We're already comparing calendars, planning our return stay, and we're travelling all the way from Texas!

Rented this gorgeous home in August for family vacation with my parents. We loved it! It was immaculately maintained with lovely furnishings. The owners were extremely helpful, from assisting in arranging tours of Boston and Plymouth to recommending restaurants. Gorgeous historical spot - site of first home in Plymouth - and overlooking Gardens... walking distance of Plymouth Rock and waterfront shops, as well as Grist Mill, restaurants, and Mayflower II. Will definitely rent again! Couldn't have asked for a better vacation!
