House, 3 Bedrooms + Den, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 7-11)
Remodeled in 2011 with Beautiful, New, Modern Kitchen with gas range. All furnishings are new, purchased in 2011. This home has a split plan - the Master Bedroom/Bath is secluded from the rest of the home's activity and the other 2 bedrooms share a great den. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and tv's. The third bedroom has a bunk bed and a single bed. The den has a full size futon bed. The family room overlooks the quiet, secluded bay and there is a large open area for relaxing and playing games and comfy nook for watching tv.
The home is very family friendly and there is a safety baby fence in place to prevent access from the home to the open water. Your four legged friends are always welcome and we have dog beds and bowls for them.
This home is a true retreat and we know you will enjoy the luxurious surroundings. Please call or email me with any questions.

We had a BLAST here!!!!!
OMG...my girls, my aunt, and my mom and I vacationed at this home and we absolutely loved it!!! The house is way better than the pictures tell. They had EVERYTHING we could've asked for. The kitchen was full of anything and everything. The wall of windows is the best thing to look at in the morning when you walk out of the bedrooms, such a great view!! We sat outside from early morning to late at night and just enjoyed that wonderful spot. We fished off the dock every day, and saw dolphins several times a day. I would absolutely go back. The beach is close and Johns pass is just up the road. Kayaks would be great on this property. Also something very important is the landlords absolutely stay out of your hair and that is great. Thanks for the great stay!!!!

Stayed at this house with my mother for 6 weeks to get out of the NY winter. Whatever you think that you see in the pics online, well the house exceeds all expectations. Just bring flip flops and swim wear. the house has everything else, beach towels, chairs, bikes...We loved it. So close to Johns Pass and the beach, but totally private. Only a short ride to St Pete beach or Clearwater Beach. Their is nothing like coffee in the morning overlooking the bay.

Family Vacation
My family went and stayed a week at this home and loved it. The house was in tip top shape and we loved the decore.The location is wonderful close to everything and it sits on the bay. The grandkids loved watching the dolphons play and we enjoy being able to fish on the propertys private dock. I would suggest this home to anyone and we look forward to returning again next year!!!

Loved the house and view is awesome. This house is equiped with all your needs. Quite neighborhood and great location. Pool is spacious. Bikes was a great plus. Toys for kids. Owner responses to issues promptly. Had a wonderful vacation and hope to rent again in the future.

Gorgeous home on the water
This house is beautifully furnished and has everything you need for a perfect stay in the Tampa/Clearwater area. The pool is heated and comfortable, the neighborhood is friendly and quiet, and the house is furnished completely. We loved it and will stay there again!
