This beautiful vacation rental is conveniently located beside the golf course (groomed cross country ski course in winter), walking distance (0.25 mile) to Park City Mountain Resort and on the free Park City bus system. We offer a spacious 3-bedroom, 3.5 bath condominium which comfortably sleeps up to 9 people.
Completely remodeled in 2008, the condo is finished in a mountain chic style with rich chestnut leather furniture and a stunning stacked stone fireplace. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops, and knotty alder cabinets. The radiant heat within the natural stone floors will keep your toes warm right out of the shower. The condo also offers high speed internet and a private washer/dryer. The open layout creates a comfy environment for socializing and relaxing. Imagine yourself steps from your kitchen in your private outdoor hot tub with light Utah snowflakes falling around you.
Park city’s free transit system stops outside the door and provides easy access to three world class ski areas (Park City around the corner, Deer Valley 3 miles Southeast and the Canyons 3 miles North), the historic main street and Kimball Junction without the worries of having to drive your car and find available parking. Situated on the border of charming Old Town with its four-star dining, world-class shopping, and unique art galleries and only a snowball's throw from Fresh Market, Starbucks, and Squatters Brew Pub, the location is ideal.
Our home-away-from-home offers inspiring mountain views and all the amenities you'd expect in a luxury rental. If the three resorts in Park City aren't enough, Snowbird, Alta, Solitude, Brighton, Snowbasin and Powder Mountain are all within an hour's drive. Come find out why we call the 400+ inches a year outside your door 'the greatest snow on earth'.

My parents, Jan and Don Mottinger, purchased this condo in 1995. Growing up in Ohio, I loved coming to visit Park City so much that I moved here in 2002. I cannot think of a better place for my kids to grow up. I have many local tips and insights to share. As a local, I am also available if you need any help during your stay.
My family grew up skiing all over the United States. We kept coming back to Park City because of all it had to offer. Where else can you be within an hour of 7 world class ski resorts and an international airport?
Location, location, location. Across the street is a Fresh Market grocery store, Park City's free bus service, Starbucks, Squatter's Brew Pub, Holiday Cinemas, Knead a Massage, ski rentals and much more. You can relax and enjoy the area.
