4000 square foot cottage built in 2004. Beautifully equipped to accommodate up to 15 people! It is bordering the Famous Whitefish Dunes State Park with 100 feet of private Sand Beach. This home has views of Lake Michigan and is located in an exclusive, secluded area, bordering the famous Whitefish Dunes State Park (1000 acre park). Secluded, yet only 15 minutes from the quaint village shops. Hike or bike right out your front door! Enjoy a private sand beach or enjoy miles of public beaches.

Huge Game room offers: Seven foot pool table, ping pong table, full-size air hockey,Foosball table, electronic darts, Full size (9' long) shuffle board table, card table and chairs, 32 inch TV, play station 2, toys for kids, sofa and chair.

Large great room offers: cozy fireplace, plenty of comfortable seating, 42 flat panel TV with cable and a DVD player and stereo with CD player.

Huge Gourmet Kitchen offers: microwave, glass cooktop, oven, TWO refrigerators, dishwasher, coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, Blender and tons of cabinet and counter space, snack bar that seats four, dining table for 11 plus high chair.

We stayed at this property for a week, for a family reunion to celebrate the Folks' 50th Wedding Anniversary. This was an awesome place for us to do so! Plenty of room for all six couples/families. Sunning on the deck, walking across the road to the beach to play, exploring the Whitefish Dunes State Park, visiting neighboring communities for morning, afternoon, day, meal, and ice cream trips...the opportunities are endless! We wanted for nothing and the property manager was spot on for any assistance needed. If you go to Washington island, skip the Tram Tour - you'll only get 5 minutes at Schoolhouse Beach, but an hour at the Ace Hardware store. Bring your own vehicle instead. Enjoy! We did!
