Escape to the crystal clear waters and soft sandy beaches of beautiful Panama City Beach, where you will have unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico and you can 'Sea 4 Miles' from our 1st floor Platinum rated Gulf front condo at the relaxing Celadon Beach Resort. Celadon is located at the west end of PCB, directly on the Gulf, perfect location for your family getaway, away from the traffic but close to everything you need to make your vacation the best ever!

Celadon boasts many amenities such as two pools (heated seasonally), two hot tubs, workout facility overlooking pool, lighted tennis courts, and even shuffleboard. Alvins Island is located across the street, and a grocery store within a few blocks. You will be within minutes of Pier Park entertainment complex, the new PCB airport, and Frank Brown Park.

When you stay in this 5 Star rated condo, you will be treated first class. We provide free beach service seasonally, which is a $230 savings, and includes two free loungers and an umbrella for your enjoyment. You will also receive free Wireless Internet, cable TV, premium electronics, Playstation 2 and various board games, videos, movies, and beach toys for your family.

Celadon is down from the blossoming PIER PARK entertainment and Shopping Complex where LONGHORN STEAKHOUSE, TARGET (with basic groceries), STARBUCKS, PANERA BREAD, MARGARITAVILLE, DILLARDS, SOUTHERN THEATRES - a 16 Theatre Complex and many more stores are now open. The theatre features stadium seating, digital sound, a game room, advance ticketing over the Internet and a specialty café. There is also a Boardwalk at Pier Park

Our condo has been professionally decorated and features upscale Costal Cottage Private Selection furnishings throughout, which is in keeping with the exterior architecture and landscaping of the Resort.

Your luxury accommodations include a Gulf front Master with King Size Bed, luxury linens, private bath with double sinks, large walk-in closet and sliding glass door to your private balcony. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and direct access to the hall bath. You will enjoy the stereo system and DVD center as well. The third bedroom has a private door with bunkbeds. The kids will love the games, playstation and all of the extra fun upgrades we have provided. All bedrooms have TVs with DVD players. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa. We also provide a pack and play for babies! :-)

There are breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico from the Kitchen, Living Room and Master Bedroom. The balcony is a perfect place for reading, dining, and enjoying the beautiful sunsets. The men will love the big 42' LCD TV in the living room! Also included is a media center with I Pod docking station. It will play your favorite CDS and DVDS as well. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to feel at home.

Our 1st floor location offers you the privacy of an upper floor view located 25 feet above ground level, while still providing privacy and allowing easy in and out access.

There are a variety of seasonal activities conveniently located on-site, such as Jet Skiing, Parasailing, Catamaran Rental and Banana Boat Rides. These activities can be arranged at the Beach side Kiosk for an additional fee.

We rent Saturday to Saturday during peak season. Shorter stays will be considered last minute and during non peak weeks.

We rent to families and adults 28 years and older. We do not rent to any vacationing students or young adults under the age of 28 unaccompanied by a responsible adult (parent or guardian) who will be at the property for the entire stay.

RESERVATIONS MADE UNDER FALSE PRETENSES WILL BE SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION/IMMEDIATE EVICTION WITH NO REFUND GIVEN.

About The Owner

Hi, we are from Nashville, Tennessee. We have four children and love the beach! We love to spend family time together doing outdoor activities, and making memories. Which is why we love Celadon Beach Resort.

Why The Owner chose Gulf Resort Beach

We chose to buy in Panama City Beach because after many travels we believed PCB has the most beautiful crystal clear water, and white sandy beaches! The west end of PCB is newer construction and is close to everything, but without the traffic. We are close to the airport, Pier Park, Thomas Doughnuts, Margaritaville, and only 25 minutes west to Destin shopping outlets.

What makes this condo unique

We love our unit at Celadon because it has everything we love. We fell in love with this unit because of the first floor view and access. It's high enough to have a view, but nothing below you but dunes, and sand. Unit is very relaxing and is done in a coastal cottage style with some antiques. This resort has two pools, heated seasonally, two hot tubs, lighted tennis courts, which we do leave rackets in the unit for your use. We hope you and your family will decide to stay with us and will find everything you need to make memories for a lifetime. Enjoy!

My girlfriends and I stayed in this condo for a friends birthday. The location on the first floor was perfect from the view off the balcony to the easy access (just one floor down) to the beach. The two beach lounge chairs were perfect; we didn't have to carry our own! The condo has a nice chabby chic look, with every amenity provided for a comfortable stay! There is a nice pool and hot tub. The location of the condo building was very well located to shopping and restaurants. Only 15 minutes from the airport. I would definitely stay there again!

Finally getting around to writing a review. Just wanted to say thank you, and this has to be one of the best vacations we have been on!! The condo decor was gorgeous!!.I The location could not have been better.So convenient to EVERYTHING!!...The beautiful pool, and beach just a few steps away. We were concerned with stairs and long walks with 3 small children, but not a problem. Well equipped (even down to beach toys for the kids). Thank you again. Very gracious and polite owner, and staff. Thanks again for a pleasant stay. We will be back this year!!!

This was the perfect beach condo. The unit was well maintained and clean. It has everything you need for a beach trip. The view of the beach from the first floor unit was great and it was easy to get to the parking garage and to the beach without having to wait on elevator. The condo is decorated perfectly for a nice, relaxing, comfortable stay. I really liked the location since it is the last high rise going towards Destin in Panama City so the beach was not so crowded, convenient to the grocery store and to Pier Park. The tennis courts were in great shape and protected from the wind so it made for a great game. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone wanting a perfect beach getaway.

The Perfect Condo to Stay At

This was a beautiful condo that had everything you could possibly need to enjoy your vacation! The decor was lovely and they went the extra mile to make it that way! Being on the first floor was so convenient too especially with little ones and very easy to unload and load. They had lots of movies and books as well as games to enjoy. It was perfect for our 2 young children as well. They provided a pack n play as well as toys and movies for our kids. There were also plenty of sand toys too! It's always nice to have these amenities so that we don't have to pack so much. The condo was spacious and the views were beautiful! It was close to everything in Panama City Beach and yet still on the quiet end. The beach was not crowded since we went in mid-August and we enjoyed the Celadon Amenities as well. We had great weather all week and we were not ready to leave at the end of our stay. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to all our family and friends. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us! :-) Hope to be back next year!

Perfect condo and perfect location! The condo was beautifully decorated and relaxing. Very quiet area of PC and condo quiet too! Being located on the beach made it so convenient for early morning walks with a cup of coffee! First floor made it so easy to go back for lunch. All of the shops and restaurants at Pier Point made choosing where to have dinner so easy. Loved having grocery store so close for the "I just need to grab one thing". If your looking for a very clean and perfect accommodations look no more!

Great Condo and Location!

This condo was in a wonderful family oriented area of PCB, close to everything without the traffic and noise. Located on the west end by Pier Park, Airport and the Frank Brown Outdoor Park. First floor access was great for unloading and access to all amenities, while still providing complete privacy. Furnishings were very coastal and relaxing, love the flat screen TV's, mattresses/linens, playstation and tennis court. We really appreciate the beach chairs, toys, and the laundry room! Thanks so much, we will be back.
