I just finished my third stay at this wonderful home in Conway. I look forward to this vacation every year just to spend a few days in this tranquil home. I think one of the main attractions about this getaway is that it truly is a HOME. The house is decorated exactly how you would picture a country home in winter to be decorated. It is warm and quiet, a place where you can gather with friends or listen to some music with a fire going in the fire place.

The house is close to town (less than 1.5 miles). Outlets, grocery stores, country stores and skiing areas. Right next door is little country bakery serving fresh doughnuts, pastries and some good conversation.

The house is extremely clean and the hosts are extremely nice. I can't wait to book my next stay.

This is our second stay at this beautiful farmhouse. It is clean and cozy with comfortable beds and great fireplaces. Linda and Jay are wonderful hosts,the property is meticulously maintained. We love the location for it's proximity to skiing,shopping and all that the white mountains have to offer. We will be back next year!

Our hopes this year for my husband and I to spend a simple, serene and unhurried Christmas were happily realized at Chocorua View Farm. From our Christmas Eve moonlight walk along the wooded path by the river, to a beautiful softly falling Christmas morning snowfall, it was everything we had hoped for. The cottage style farmhouse was decorated to perfection with twinkling lights, garlands, legions of snowmen, a tree and warm and homey holiday touches everywhere. Linda and Jay were the perfect hosts, always available but totally respectful of tenants' privacy.
We are so glad we came and would absolutely recommend staying in this beautifully renovated and decorated gem of a home at any season!

My family and I just came back from our second trip staying at this lovely and charming farmhouse. There simply isn't any other place that we have stayed (and we have stayed at numerous places ranging from 5 star hotels to small bed and breakfasts) that measures up to this gem of a hideaway! The hosts Jay and Linda define the word hospitality in the truest sense with their warm welcome and the attention to detail that goes into making your stay enjoyable.

The lovely welcome baskets for my husband and I as well as a special one just for our 6 year old daughter started our stay off wonderfully...thank you so much! The stone fireplace in the living room was great, and it was so relaxing to sit back and enjoy the fire with a glass of wine as we admired all the Christmas decorations that were throughout the house....lovely.

Thank you Linda and Jay for the helpful directions and restaurant recommendations...we loved our night out at May Kelly's and a vacation is always a bit better when we don't get lost:-)

Thank you for showing us the preview of the new 3rd bedroom...can't wait to see it fully finished as I know it will be just as lovely as the rest of the home. We will surely be back to visit another time.

It may not have been our home but it sure felt like it! What a wonderful place to stay for the holidays. This home set the stage for a magical Thanksgiving getaway for our family. Eventhough we ate an amazing Thanksgiving dinner out (at the Thompson House Eatery-one of Linda's recommendations) next time we will bring a prepared meal and eat in at the house! Being together with family (my husband, me and our two children ages 5 and 2.5 and Mother-in-law) in front of the fire reading books, playing games, writing notes at the writing desk, laying in bed and looking at the stars from the bedroom window or the fireplace crackle, running in the field, and skipping rocks down at the river is what we love most about holidays and staying here!
When I contacted Linda and Jay about the availibity of their home I believe I described it as our "dream home" and that is based on what I saw from the pictures! The home actually is more spacious than you can see in the pictures. The rooms are very large and open, yet the many country touches, multiple fireplaces and farmhouse feel make it very cozy. The home is immaculate and is very well stocked. My 2.5 year old was thrilled when she found a Dora cup! We appreciate farmhouse style and quality home building; the craftsmanship, finish work and detail of the home is exquisite. My husband already has a "honey-do" list to recreate some of the work in our house! In addition to of the structure itself many other details that this house has that we appreciate when we stay somewhere is the comfortable beds, cleanliness, large showers and even good water pressure/temperature!
We came to area upon recommendation from a family member with the idea that visiting Santa's Village would be a fun way to kick off the holiday season! Having never been to the White Mountain area we had no idea the mulitude of activites it has to offer. We felt the warmth and joy of the season the moment we entered the door of this home; Santa's Village, family meals, snow tubing, and a Sleigh ride in snowfall just added to the magic of the season! There is no doubt we will be back because there is so much more to explore... and we know the perfect place to stay!

It's been two days since my partner and I ended our second stay at this wonderful farmhouse. I've just arrived back in Ireland, exhausted from travelling and in need of some sleep but I couldn't rest without extolling the virtues of this wonderful place so that others may experience the wonderful memories that are just waiting to be made at Chocorua View Farm. I find myself in the confusing situation whereby even though I'm writing this from the comfort of my own house, I feel homesick for Linda and Jay's stunning mountain getaway. From the moment we set foot on the property to the moment we left, we felt spolied to be able to experience such a cozy, beautiful, well-maintained, well-equipped property. Our wonderful hosts, Linda and Jay really have outdone themselves with their friendly, affordable and quality service...and have plans to offer even more!! Families, couples, wedding parties, skiers, if you're longing for top notch accomodation in idyllic surroundings, look no further than Chocorua View Farm.

I rented this home as an anniversary/birthtday getaway for my parents. From the moment I contacted the owner Linda, she was so nice and made me feel like this surprise would go off without a hitch, and it did.My parents lost their breath when they arrived at this beautiful Noth Conway country home from the moment they pulled in the driveway. The home is so inviting and is decorated so cute, all the rooms are very large and the house is impecably clean. We want to thank Linda for such a nice welcome basket and for her and Jay's hospitality.This is a beautiful house and property inside and out that provides all the comforts of home. It is in such a convinient location and only about 1-1.5 miles away from downtown North Conway. There is so much to do in the area. Thanks again, Linda and Jay for making my parents' NH getway so memorable. We will definately be back for future vacation stays. This vacation home gets 5 stars from us!

We really enjoyed our weekend getaway. The house was very cozy and inviting, perfect for relaxing and what a view! Linda and Jay were very nice and welcoming and provided a lot of nice "extras". This farm house is very clean and well maintained and the bed was extremely comfortable.The location was convenient and close to attractions and shopping. I would love to come back and stay again, and gladly recommend this gem to anyone.
