We have stayed twice at this perfect Yorkville property. The condo is spacious, comfortable, clean and well maintained with loads of light on both levels. Everything you will need is provided from extra linens and towels to paper towels and dish soap. The kitchen is well appointed and includes everything needed to prepare meals as you would at home. Jacques is always a pleasure to work with and is consistently available should you need anything. Parking is also included which is a major plus.

We will rent this condo whenever our travels bring us to Toronto. It is the perfect home away from home.

We stayed in the upper unit for almost 4 months Sept 1- Dec 22 and could not ave been happier! My husband and I and our 2 kids ages 9 & 6 had to relocate from Los Angeles to Toronto temporarily and found it to be the perfect home away from home. The house is immaculately maintained. Everything inside seemed to be brand new or close to new, from the bedding to the dishware. I fell in love with the heated floors throughout; couldn't get over how much they actual heated the entire room. The rear city views were lovely, the house has great light and yet good wall treatments if you desired no light in the day.

The location is superb. Nothing in Toronto beats this neighborhood.
And the public elementary school, Huron Jr PS that belongs to this address is considered one of the best in Toronto. We had the luxury of walking our kids to school everyday as the school was only 3 blocks from the house. There are also 2 great parks both within 3 blocks of the home. Not to mention the only Whole Foods a block away. Starbucks. And 2 of the best restaurants, Sotto Sotto & Joso's- in town!

Jacques, the landlord was always a pleasure to deal with. Extremely helpful and always fair.

If we are sent back to Toronto this is the only home we would want to stay in,
as we made many fond memories there.
I only hope it will be available!

We stayed in the condo for 5 days in July. First thing you will notice when you get in is how big and beautiful this place is. Everything looks new and very well maintained.

We stayed there during hot summer days but the temperature was very cool in-house thanks the the AC.

The condo is really located in a prime area. Very quiet at night on the street (which is good), but just walk a few blocks and you get to very good restaurants and bars. You can also easily walk to grocery store or a park.

I have 3 small kids (2, 3 and 5 years) and they loved the place.

I will definitely want to get back to this condo the next time i stay in Toronto.

This condo has the best location, the best amenities and the best owner. We prefer to find our vacation lodgings through HomeAway and so far we have not been disappointed. We have used this service to find places to stay in Newport, RI, Chicago, and most recently in Toronto. This property was our favorite find so far. It is exceedingly spacious and well-appointed, right down to the dishwashing liquid and the extra rolls of paper towels. We walked everywhere, to Art Gallery of Toronto and the Royal Ontario Museum, the Batta Shoe Museum, shops in the Annex and in Yorkville, Casa Loma, etc. We ate splendidly because Whole Foods is only a 4- minute walk from the front door. Jacques is detail-oriented and immediately available. My friend, who owns an art gallery on Avenue Road (close to the condo) and who has lived in Toronto for 25 years, was very impressed with our rental! We took a day trip to Stratford, Ontario to see a play by Shakespeare. The entire experience was fabulous; having this lovely condo to come home to at the end of each long day of sight-seeing was just perfect. It is in a beautiful neighborhood which is very quiet. I highly recommend this rental. We may go back at some point in a different season.

This was the second time our family rented this unit (with a total rental of approximately three months), and we couldn't be more pleased. Everything is absolute top design and the location couldn't be better. The house is fully equipped, very clean and well-maintained. The kitchen and bathrooms are huge and beautifully designed.

Even though the owner lives quite far away, he is always available and very quick to repond to every request. The house is itself is beautiful, and very conveniently located, close to Bloor Street, Yorkville and St. George metro station.

We have rented a lot of other furnished units in the past, both in Toronto and in the U.S., but no one gets even close to this one. Both of our children immediately felt like home, and so did we. We would highly recommend it to families with children, but also to anyone who would want a superior alternative to any of the better hotels in Toronto. We will definitely continue to rent this place, every time we come back.

My family and I travel to Toronto several times a year to visit my
sister, and before this occasion, have always stayed in hotels. This
has meant several hotel rooms and limited space for all of us to
congregate. I found this amazing listing on Homeaway, and decided to
give it a try. Let me just say that this home exceeded my
expectations. It is truly a luxurious, private, modern oasis. It is in
the the most beautiful and convenient area of Yorkville. The
neighborhood is gorgeous and we were able to walk everywhere - Whole
Foods, restaurants, bars, spas, shops, museums - anything! The
off-street parking is also a huge plus for convenience, not to mention
the savings of hotel parking/valet fees.

The interior of the home is stunning and impeccably clean and
soothing. The foyer is lit automatically as you enter the house.
Hardwood, glass and other natural elements comprise the furnishings.
The kitchen is well-equipped, and my family was able to share meals
around the dining table and also watch soccer on the flat-screen
television in the open living area. The master bedroom suite is
exceptionally nice: huge bathroom with jetted tub and separate tiled
shower, large television, comfy bed, great closet space, and a
wonderful balcony offering two lounge chairs and a view of downtown
Yorkville. The other bedroom is also lovely with a little balcony,
flat-screen and a ridiculously comfortable double bed. I should also
mention this room has closet space and a desk with access to the
router (really appreciated the wireless network).

The owner, Jacques, provided the utmost in customer service. All
communication was congenial and professional, and all transactions
were carried out seamlessly. Because of the length of our stay, the
owner even provided us with a mid-week cleaning at no additional cost.

I would without hesitation recommend this property highly to anyone
needing a "home" in Toronto for any time period.

It is in the Annex our Favourite neighbourhood and the place is bright spacious and airy with everything we needed.

This is the first time I have rented a property before and it was better than most 5* hotels. Everything you could want is in the clean and well maintained property. Situated in an ideal location within Toronto, I would strongly recommend this property.
