Family Christmas in paradise

We had a wonderful stay here with our family of 5 over the Christmas holidays! It was very clean, comfortable and conveniently located to the pool for the kids and bbq for us. Everything was in good condition and working order with all the comforts of home, including everything we needed to prepare great meals. After 3 weeks of touring this amazing island it felt great to come home to our condo every night. We were sad to leave but we'll be back! There is still more to see of this amazing island. Thank you for sharing your lovely condo with us.

Enjoyable stay and affordable!

The unit was clean and modernized. There were beach chairs and all the play toys for all sports from boogie boarding, snorkling, beach mats and tennis. We liked the location as it was only 50 yards from the outdoor pool entrance for a late day swim or cooling off. Golfing packages would be a nice addition or option. A list of eateries would also be an asset close to the condo. Groceries are a bit pricey but there is a Costco by the airport for extended stays. Eateries are close and $$-$$$.

Better than expected, perfect relaxing holiday getaway!

This apartment is huge! The photos do not do it justice. The Waikoloa area is beautiful. You have to have a car and I had read this before we came so we had no issues. So even though the beautiful beaches may only be 5 -10mins away you need a car to get to them. It was Hawaii’s winter when we went but the water was beautiful and warm and the weather was perfect. The pool is also great at the condo and is literally a jump out of the back door. The condo felt very safe, it was very quiet. The kitchen was fully stocked, the 2.5 bathrooms were fantastic especially as it was a mother and daughter travelling. This is our second time to Hawaii but our first on the Big Island and by far Big Island is now our favourite. If we can save up to come back we would definitely stay in this condo (its bigger than my apartment back home!).
If you want turtles, dolphins, beaches, pool, sunny weather, not lots of tourists then this is the place to come!
The condo also has a great book which tells you where the great places to go are so if you have done no research then you will know everything once reading this book.
We would definitely recommend and Paul the Manager was sensational!
