A group of friends went up for the long NYE weekend to stay at Joe's place in a lovely community in the heart of the Poconos. There were about 10 of us in the house and there was plenty of room to sleep more comfortably.

First I would like to say that Joe was very willing to help in whatever way he could to make our group's stay enjoyable. He allowed us to move in earlier than normal, which was very nice of him. He left us a community pass so we could dispose of our trash and recycling at the trash compactor.

A couple things I thought could be improved upon were:
1.) The amount of large bowls/serving dishes
2.) The temperature of the basement/downstairs area was a bit drafty. Even with the gas heater on that is located in the basement, we still could see a considerable difference in temperature between the upstairs and downstairs.

Other than those two things, we had a wonderful time at the house and I would definitely recommend other groups renting this house for a getaway weekend.

Easy access,abundant wildlife,private.House was very clean,air conditioned and well equipped. Owner was very helpfull with directions and available for any concerns or problems we may have had,even though we didnt have any. Would rent again without hesitation.

This is one of the best places I've stayed in the poconos rentals. Very clean,community pool around, billards. Fireplace, very convenient and close to casinos, and other activities. Loved the game room, and how spacious it is. Would highly recommend to anyone Looking to have fun family time, and just to relax and enjoy, love how everything is near and at a local distance.
