Come stay at our custom built Old Town 2 story home with rustic charm in a quiet location at the top of Daly Avenue off of Main Street in Park City. We are located a short walk to Main Street, but far enough away for privacy.

Park City's Main St is known for its dining, shopping, and nightlife. Just a .4 mile walk to historic Main St where you can catch the free Trolley to the Town Lift in minutes, or anywhere else in Park City. Drive to Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley resort, the Canyons Resort, and Outlet stores in minutes.

This house with approximately 2000 sq ft, offers 4 bedrooms – the master has a king bed with a private bath with jetted tub, a walk-in closet, and a TV. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and shares an adjoining bathroom with the third bedroom which offers a twin/full bunk bed. The fourth bedroom also offers a twin/full bunk bed. The master bedroom and living areas are located on the upper level with all other bedrooms on the lower level. Living-Dining area is very spacious with vaulted cleanings and a gas fireplace. The dining room has seating for 8, plus 2 bar stools. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counters and a dishwasher.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! This house met our needs perfectly, and I I would stay at the house again, should we return to Park City. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dishes, etc. The rooms were spacious. The location was ideal. I had both younger children (5-9 range,) as well as teens. My teenagers were able to walk to Old Town, and hang out with friends. My younger children enjoyed the park nearby, as well as sitting by the fireplace and playing. We were able to look out the window and see a moose walking in front of the house, as well as other wildlife. Hiking was just steps away. Again, perfect stay!

Newer House Near Main Street

This is a nice house, particularly for the rate at the time two families rented in the winter of 2012. Unlike some of the other reviews, however, not recommended for people without a car. The house is a full ½ mile straight uphill from the TOP of Main Street meaning it's a full mile from the bottom. You wouldn't want to walk home after dinner, particularly with smaller children. Three of the bedrooms are on the lower level and are nothing special, but the master is quite nice. The living area is beautiful post and beam with the only real complaint being shabby furnishings. The chairs around a charming dining table are uncomfortable with some in need of repair and what could be a very nice living area around a gas fireplace needs more seating and a comfortable couch to lounge on. All in all we had a nice experience renting this house and the secretary of the owner was responsive and very nice to work with.

Walking distance from downtown Park City, this house has it all. We loved the easy access to the trails, snow or summer. The privacy and quiet surroundings made us feel like we were all alone. Yet....a quick walk down the hill and we were in the middle of it all.
The house was some warm and inviting, we forgot it was a rental. I would live here if I could. All of the rooms were large, clean and so well furnished.
This place simply rocks!

Where to start? If you are looking for a great place to stay, perfectly located in town and with all the amenities you could ask for, then look no further!! Whether you are making a trip for some mountain biking, hiking, skiing or just plain kicking back for some relaxation this place has it all. Owner was VERY easy to work with---we will be back (I hope)!!!!
