Casa del Desvan is a beautiful condominium with nice views and it's own private patio on the hill above ''Old Town'' Puerto Vallarta, walking distance to shops, restaurants, and Los Muertos Beach. It has two bedrooms, both with king beds and two bathrooms with showers.

A special feature of Casa del Desvan is it's own private patio with dining table with views of the entire bay and town. 1400 Square Feet of living space makes this condo great for several couples, a small family or a group of good friend.

I spent week at Casa Desvan (the Lofts) and enjoyed every minute. It's a condo, but it's really like a private home as you have a private terrace overlooking the Bandaras Bay and Old Town. The pool is a level above, so its easy access but you aren't distracted by it. It's a quick walk to Los Mertus beach and the Old Town. Best of all, since you have the view, you don't have to eat at the expensive hillside restaurants. The full size washer and dryer and daily maid service are a huge plus for a stress free vacation. With every intention of working with the wireless internet, I only used my computer to check out dining options. In the evening, a glass of wine of the private terrace watching the fireworks is about as good as it gets.
