Villa Valentino #1 is an amazing two bedroom, one bath apartment built in the 1920’s. It has been fully restored and fully furnished. It has two fantastic gas log fireplaces in both the living room and the master bedroom. It features a private courtyard with fountain and a beautiful vintage stove in a quaint kitchen that will take you back to your great grandmother's day. There is off-street parking behind a private gate. The property is located just 2 blocks south of the Hollywood Bowl, and 2 blocks north of the “Heart of Hollywood” at Hollywood Blvd and Highland Ave. Easy walking access to Disney’s El Capitan Theater, the Kodak Theater, Graumann’s Chinese Theater, the Metro station, restaurants galore and many other attractions. Close access to the 101 Freeway.

Designed by the Davis Brothers Architects, Villa Valentino is designated as Los Angles City Cultural Monument #397, and is one of the best remaining examples of the Garden Court style of architecture from the early 20

Spacious and quiet

Great place for an extended stay...Duplex with lots of room for living, dining and just relaxing. Centrally located but also seems removed from the bustle. A big plus for us: it's walking distance to the Hollywood farmers' market. We had a wonderful time!

A Little Night Music...

This place is so charming...the photos really don't do it justice. We are a family of 6 with four children between the ages of 1 and 11. We wanted a place that was freeway accessible and central. From here we easily got downtown, Malibu, and all the museums.

The management team was very committed to the safety and comfort of our children. We had a parking spot right in front of our back/kitchen door. They set up a brand new safety gate at the top of the stairs as well as putting some netting around the rail itself for extra safety. They purchased a new high chair to accomodate our one year old. They also provided one crib and a pack in play for the youngest ones to sleep in.

They basically turned a very cool and central apartment into a child safe haven for us. The kids had room to play in the courtyard. There was enough space for us to spread out. We loved being able to walk to the Hollywood Bowl and the kids loved the "change" from Dallas. :)

This will definitely be where our family stays when in Los Angeles!
