Ideal Reunion
DO NOT pay attention to any reviews dated before 2011. None of them are applicable today as there is new ownership and management which is first rate!
Eight high school friends from the class of '58 had a reunion there and it was perfect. The Inn was immaculate, very spacious, and beautifully decorated in vintage style. The beds had beautiful linens and pillows and were oh, so comfortable. Bath linens were huge and fluffy. The kitchen was spacious enough for several to be working in there at one time. Location is perfect-right in the center of town-and you could walk to almost everywhere. And yet, because of the very thick walls and heavy window coverings, the place is very quiet. There is a new added bonus of a hot tub, which was enjoyed by all! The new owner was very accessible and accomodating. A trip to Wildseed Farms and then on out to Becker Vineyards with its heather fields is not to be missed. The George Bush portion of Nimitz Museum is especially good, and a $7 ticket is good for 48 hours.
Of course, the shopping gets high ratings. Thanks for a great stay!
