Beautiful 3-story Townhome located in the heart of the Lakeland Village Resort.

Minutes away from everything the South Shore has to offer including Hiking, Biking, Skiing, Water Sports, Marinas, Casinos, Shopping, Nightlife, and a private Beach and Dock just a few hundred feet away.

This unit can sleep 9 comfortably and has new furniture, remodeled full kitchen, dining room, porch, balcony, washer/dryer, BBQ, WiFi, and Cable TV. Sit on the balcony and enjoy the view of the pine trees and grass. Take a walk to the beach and enjoy the sunset or have a BBQ on one of the many grills provided by the resort.

Resort amenities include two Pools (one heated), two Spas, Tennis courts, Exercise room, Sauna, Playground, Private Beach and Dock, a and a Beach side snack bar with Paddle Boat and Kayak rentals.

I have owned this property for over 5 years and my family and friends have enjoyed every minute of it. Since we use our Townhome frequently, we have done a lot of upgrades, remodeling, and added a lot of personal touches to make it very inviting to all who stay here.

This townhome, located in Lakeland Village, simply has it all. A private beach, private dock, beautifully landscaped grounds with grass and trees, and all the resort amenities. It is also very close to everything that the South Shore has to offer including Marinas, Hiking, Skiing, Shopping, Biking, Restaurants, Casinos, and Nightlife.

What makes this townhome unique

Our townhome is well situated within Lakeland Village. Just 50 feet from the Main parking lot yet faces the woods so you have a wonderful view of the pines and well landscaped grounds. Across the parking lot is the Lodge with all of its amenties including Heated pool, spa, sauna, and excercise room. A short walk down the path thru the woods and your at the beach. The beach area includes another pool, spa, and beach activities. Inside the Townhome you will find plenty of conveniences including WiFi, Cable TV, Washer/Dryer, Video Games, newly remodeled kitchen, wood floors, and new furniture.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! From the beginning, this property has been an awesome experience. The owner responded to my questions the same day. The pictures did not not do this townhouse justice. We loved the 2 minute walk to the beach! It is conveniently located, with many things to do!. A marina is down the street/beach for boat and/or jet ski rentals. Also there, is the Tahoe Queen, on which we took a 2 hour boat ride to Emerald Bay. The scenery was breath taking! We also had the opportunity to go parasailing...at the same marina. There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance as well. A Safeway (grocery store) is conveninetly located 1/4 of a mile away with a Starbucks inside :) The resort shuttle was awesome too; we never had to use my car. We cannot wait to go again next summer! I would recommend this property to anyone!
