We had a great time during our stay at Brian's place. It was neat, clean and exactly what we wanted. We were in Tempe for my nieces wedding. Brian adjusted to our needs and travel plans. Communication with Brian was easy. He always responded.

We could walk to the pool. The backyard with the grill was used each evening. The attached garage and parking worked for everyone. The size and layout of the condo was very nice.
We would have stayed longer if it hadn't been already rented.

We will stay here again next time we are in Arizona. I would recommend Brian's place to anyone.

We rented this spacious townhome for a month in order to stay with our ASU student-athlete who was recovering from knee surgery. It was perfect! The home is spacious and open. The single-level floor plan and wood floors were just what the doctor ordered for our patient. We were able to bring our small dog along, so the whole family could be together. The furniture arrangement is very flexible, allowing us to move things around for comfort. The rooms are all freshly painted, the beds comfortable, and the bathrooms spotless. The linens were pristine. We cooked a full Thanksgiving dinner for 6 in the modern kitchen. It was a bonus to have a full sized washer and dryer in which to do our clothes, and of course, having cable and wi-fi included in the price truly gave the place all the comforts of home. The property is located close to ASU, and to the freeway, so getting around was a breeze. The owner is a joy to work with, and truly cared about making our stay comfortable. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you so much, Brian, for taking away a huge amount of stress during our child's surgery!

From the minute you walk in, its feels like home. Very clean, well decorated and very spacious! Totally Turn-Key!

Brian was great from the get go. Every question I needed answered, he was right on top of it.

Great location, close to Hi-Way 101 which is based south, east, west and north to all areas of PHX.

Hopefully my every year problem of finding a place to stay for a week is solved!

I traveled to AZ to see my son who is at ASU. This townhome was a very clean and comfortable family place to stay. The pictures that you see are true to what you get here. I would stay here again and recommend this to my friends and family. The location was quiet yet convenient and just a short distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Brian was a pleasure to work with.

I relocated to the Phoenix area with my husband and pets. Our house wasn't ready when we moved so we lived in this vacation rental for 2 weeks. It was so much better than staying in an extended-stay hotel. The home is large, has a private yard, is pet friendly, and is easy to keep clean. It has easy access to the expressway. Brian was very trustworthy and we had absolutely no problems. It's a great deal for the price. I would definitely recommend this vacation rental to a friend.

The owner was very accommodating on arrival and departure schedules. We enjoyed the nice touch of a fruit and candy basket upon arrival. Brian was very informative and helpful upon arrival providing clear household operating guidelines. The house met our needs in every way from kitchen and laundry facilities, to bedrooms, showers, climate control to local commerce. Very nice pool 100 feet from front door on the condo complex. Easy freeway access and centrally located to main malls and attractions. The house was as advertised and my family and I would not only recommend this to a friend but we are looking forward to returning in the near future for baseball spring training. Golf courses are plentiful.

I can't say enough about how perfect this place was for us. Great location for meeting up with our son at ASU for graduation. Easy access to airport and campus. The house was so comfortable, kitchen had everything you could want to use, 2 bathrooms meant we could spread out & 2 big living spaces for relaxing.
Brian was so accessible and made our first Homeaway rental so easy I will do it again. And the welcome basket was spot on. thanks Brian.

This beautiful house is very close to the Tempe AZ Ironman race. It has all the amenities, furniture, kitchen ware, etc that a family would need to live in for a week or longer. It is very well kept, spacious and quiet. More importantly, it was a breeze dealing with Brian. I never actually met him, but he was very helpful and friendly.

I would definitely recommend this house to anyone. And I certainly would rent it again if and when I choose to do the Ironman race again.
