This was our 8th time to Orlando and 5th time staying in Reunion, we love the resort and we love the house, everything was perfect. Thank you!!

The house was very roomy and worked out pretty good for 8 women on a golf trip.
The house is beautiful and well maintained.

We had an incredible time in Reunion Resort 9, we were very impressed by the brand new cinema room and spent many evening watching movies on the huge screen. The pool was lovely and warm and enjoyed the sun all day. The rooms were large and spacious and everything was very clean and well kept. We found the property manager very easy to deal with and they fixed a very minor issue near immediately as they were onsite.

My husband and 2 children (ages 3 and 5) rented this house with both sets of grandparents in Janaury 2013. We were planning on visiting Disney World for 4-5 days during the week and the other couple days would be \"pool days,\" spent at Reunion Resort\'s private waterpark or the house\'s pool.
The house was perfect!! There was plenty of space for the 8 of us and the kitchen/living area was wide open so we could all eat together without being on top of one another. The bedrooms were incredible and each had its own HDTV, DVD player, ceiling fan and private bathroom. The pool and hottub were also great! There was a large outdoor area where we could eat breakfast together and watch the golfers on the 14th hole of the Jack Nickalus Course. The outdoor bathroom and shower were also convenient.
This house was only 6 miles from Disney World, so during a couple of the days, we were able to go to the park in the morning, come back home for lunch and \"relax time,\" and then head back to the park in the evening. There is a Publix grocery store, Papa John\'s Pizza, liquor store, Subway and Dunkin Donuts across the street from the Resort main gate. That\'s all we needed!!!
The resort\'s waterpark was MUCH better than I anticipated! There was enough room and lounge chairs for a couple hundred sunbathers, as well as a lazy river, waterslide and great kids\' area, complete with mini waterslides and a two-story climbing area with water squirting everywhere. My kids loved it! There\'s also a little snack hut if you decide to stay for lunch.
You do have to pay a little extra for everyone to use the waterpark and have access to golf, but it\'s well worth it and a big discount on what the resort charges average guests.
The golf courses are the best I\'ve ever seen. They weave in and out of the resort and have creative layouts.
All in all, this house was amazing and my family and I are already looking at a repeat visit in 2014!
My only complaints, which are minor, are that our A/C was not working upstaris for 2 days, but was fixed once a part was ordered. Also, the wireless internet seemed to go in-and-out during the week, even after it was fixed. And finally, I was under the impression that when I paid for \"access\" to the resort facilities (waterpark and golf courses) that the price included the greens fees for the golf courses. This assumption was incorrect.

We stayed here for four nights last month (3/16 - 3/20), and the home itself was very nice - as described, good condition etc. However, the management company was very unresponsive when it came to getting the security deposit back. (To be clear, the issue was not that there was damage and the security deposit was in jeopardy: the management company promised to mail out the check, then I never got it, then when I contacted them about it, they never replied, etc.)

Long story short, it took me over 3 weeks, and I never did get the deposit from the management company: I had to dispute the original charge with my credit card company.

This home was suited to the entire family. All of us were so sad to return home.
