Recently updated, attractively furnished and fully equipped two bedroom cottage only 300 feet from the rocky shores of Frenchman's Bay. Quiet, wooded, neighborhood location perfect for relaxing in peace, yet only five minutes to the main entrance of Acadia National Park and less than 10 minutes to downtown Bar Harbor.

Moss Ledge Cottage features cathedral ceilings in all rooms, an open plan living/dining room with skylights, ceiling fan and a small loft, and a fully equipped kitchen with gas range and slate tile countertops. Relax on one of the two outdoor decks, perfect for taking in the fresh sea air or enjoying a little alfresco dining.

One bedroom has a Queen size bed, built in book shelves and a clothing closet with sliding mirror doors. The other bedroom has one Double bed, a student's desk, and closet nook with a built-in dresser. Full 3-piece bath with vaulted ceiling and an antique claw foot tub/shower.

Another terrific year at Acadia.

Another terrific year at Acadia. I love this place. The cottage is great, comfortable & quiet. My 2nd year & hopefully will be back next year. Did a lot of hiking on the park trails, had some great dinners at "McKay", "Poor Man's", & fun at "Geddy's"

We had a wonderful 20th anniversary here.

We had a wonderful 20th anniversary here. The cottage was cozy and comfortable. Just perfect for when we wanted to rest and read. The park, as usual, was perfect. We so love Acadia it has become my favorite place on earth. We hiked in the park, napped on the rocks near ocean, had breakfast at "2 Cats" (not to be missed), dinner at "Poor Boys" and Gaylen's.

The cottage, with all it's books, CD's, art, etc. were PERFECT!! Hope we can return next year. Thanks Deb for making it so easy.

We couldn't have been happier with our stay at Moss Ledge. We were so comfortable here. The kitchen had everything we were looking for - and more. The washer & dryer were great. We hope we can come back.

Thank you for opening your home for us to enjoy. This cottage is very cozy, and peaceful. We enjoyed setting on the back & front decks in the morning, even spotting some deer in the back yard.

Thank you for being on HomeAway and making your Bay cottage available. It took us no time to feel at home-away! - and we were delighted with the cottage, location, amenities, and all things MAINE. A doe and two fawn made DeGregoire Park even more delightful. So peaceful and quiet - went to bed earlier than normal and awoke earlier than normal - good for tired souls.
