Great place but description a bit misleading

First of all, let's get the negative out of the way. This is not truly 2 bedrooms. One bedroom, the one that has access to the bathroom, has no door between it and the living room. You have to walk through it to get to the bathroom, 2nd bedroom, a pretty little sitting area and the back patio with hot tub. The bathroom, shockingly, has no door. Just a curtain. Any noise going on in the bathroom can be clearly heard in other parts of the cottage. Maybe I'm a bit prudish, but when I'm in the bathroom, I like privacy from other people that are not my immediate family. If this is the case for you, keep looking.
That being said it is a very charming cottage in an incredible location. Everything you could want and what you come to NO's for is almost at your finger tips. We walked everywhere, never needed the car or a cab once.
The cottage is comfortably furnished, the bedding was of good quality and there were plenty of towels furnished. There was no shampoo or soap in the bathroom. The wi-fi is a plus but was pretty spotty. Could have been the weather or who knows?
We never once cooked in the cottage since the food in NO is superb and there were plenty of places to eat but the kitchen seemed to be well stocked with equipment and it was really nice to have coffee and filters supplied and at hand. We didn't find any soda or water supplied like mentioned in the description but that's certainly not a big deal.
We met Margaret when we arrived and when we left. She was very nice and offered her help but we've been to NO several times before. The books she has prepared and left in the cottage would be an enormous help to anyone wanting more information on NO and what to see and do, where to eat etc. I don't think she's left a single thing out.
This place would be great for a family with small children or a single couple.
**note - there were 3 of us at the cottage. A couple and a single. The couple took the back bedroom with the door. The single slept on the sofa bed in the living room which worked out great for us since he was an early riser. BTW, he reported that the sofa bed was very comfortable.

Owner's Response: I am pleased to hear that Susan did enjoy her stay in New Orleans. She is correct with what she says about the cottage. Actually I am surprised to hear the sofa bed is comfortable, as most of my guests prefer the beds as they have told me the mattresses are very comfortable, as I have replaced them recently and believe high quality mattresses, which is not true of the sofa bed.
The cottage is cinderblock and I have looked at it up and down, there is NO WAY to put a door on the bathroom. Either I would cut out room from the bedroom, or cut out room from the bathroom and it is a small bathroom. This I have explained to many who have stayed here, and those who have asked. The curtain has been mentioned on other reviews. As I mentioned there is not much I can do about it.
I was unaware that there was not soap or shampoo in the containers, and did re-fill after their stay. If it had been mentioned to me, I would have taken care of it then. Fortunately we have been very busy this spring and re-filling the soap and shampoo was over-looked. I do apologize to Susan about this.
Also many locals and frequent visitors to New Orleans, are very use to walking through one bedroom to get to the rest of the house. This is way many of the New Orleans shotgun homes.
Also to be honest, the guesthouse is larger than many places in the quarter, as the French did not build large homes. Similar to New York City, if you want a large place then you will pay much more than what I charge for the guesthouse. I do not suggest 6 people stay in the guesthouse, but have many who do it. And agree with Susan it is great for a family or very close friends. I find most of my customers like the guesthouse, because it is still at an affordable price and as Susan says is in a great New Orleans neighborhood.
