This home offers 2 bedrooms on the second floor and a sitting room. There is a king bed and one queen bed.
Enjoy the backyard patio which offers Superstition Mountain views. You also have access to a community heated pool and heated spa.
The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher and is well stocked with all that you will need to prepare meals. The washer and dryer are just off the kitchen. Of course the home is stocked with adequate linens.
The home has a two car garage, however the owners keep one vehicle there.
This home is within walking distance of three restaurants, coffee shop, bank and a grocery store. The home is 40 minutes east of Sky Harbor Airport and 20 minutes east of Gateway Airport.

Speedy
was comfortable (especially the furniture) and in a quiet neighborhood which we apreciated! The
location is fairly close to grocery, drug store and places to eat.The scenery at the home
is breathtaking! Great location with lots of comforts of home.
