Overall experience was good. A short distance to the beach. House was in good condition with minor complaints with the exception of one. The front door is equipped with a keypad lock entry. The back door is a standard knob/lock. We left the home, locked the back door failing to realize the front door was dead bolted. So upon returning home, we were unable to access the home. I called the leasing agent and was informed that "she didn't have a key." I was informed at that time that I MUST call a locksmith to gain access to the home. We were traveling with a 10 yr old, insulin dependant child and an infant. We called a locksmith and waited over an hour. After all of this, I was required to pay $80. You would THINK that they would prefer to have a key on hand and VERIFY who is gaining entry to the property. I would've gladly handed over any ID necessary to prove who I was. VERY VERY VERY aggrivating. Only other complaint was the a/c didn't cool as well as expected. Other than these issues, the home was great. Suited our needs very well.

Owner's Response: We are very sorry that the guest locked themselves out of the home. We spent a great deal of money on the keyless entry hoping to prevent this from happening. We have since placed signs at the home asking guests not to lock the deadbolt and exit another door.
