The thing folks seem to like best about this property is its' LOCATION and character. Fish or float your boat or tubes! We are right ON the river and only 1/2 mile to the Seebert Trailhead, for biking or hiking theGreenbrier River Trail. Our property offers a place to relax inside or outside. You can explore all parts of the county and retreat back to Jeff's Place where you will find what you need for comfort. There is a total new kitchen, new wiring, new plumbing and new insulation, making this old 1950's camp ever so wonderful again. The beauty of the area is awesome, so start your day having coffee by the river and listening to the birds bring the day to life. Sit by the fire at night, or, start one in the morning and sit there all day, cooking your favorite foods. Mainly, have fun and relax, whatever you decide to do while here. We call it Jeff's Place, but you can call it YOURS for the duration of your vacation. SEEBERT IS A BLAST so BEGIN YOUR VACATION HERE!

To be able to bike on a flat trail in the mountains is very unique. This rail trail was inducted into the Rail Trail Hall of Fame in 2012 because it's so wonderful and well maintained. For 79 miles, one can ride along the river and view scenery that will take your breath away.
