Watch the Spinner Dolphins jump in the ocean and the tropical birds in the garden below from the cozy lanai after a great day of snorkeling and exploring the Big Island of Hawaii.
Brand new Renovation Spring of 2010 with all new furniture and Kitchen utensils. Well set up delightful one bed one bath with additional queen sized hide-a-bed will sleep four. Smell the plumeria and listen to the colorful birds and in the garden.
There is a BBQ area below in the garden and everything you need in the kitchen for evenings at home or it is just a short walk into Old Kona Town. Don't miss the farmers market. A short walk towards town to a small beach for sunbathing and boogie boarding when the swell is up. A longer walk of a mile and a half or so gets you to the beautiful White Sands Beach also know as Magic Sands.

This unit has a fantastic view from the lani. There is a table for four and all four seats have an ocean view. The unit was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The unit included beach toys, chairs, umbrella, towels, paddle boards and snorkeling gear. Thank you Randy and Cheryl for allowing us to stay in your condos (both)

Beautiful View!

I was very lucky to find such a lovely condo on very short notice. It was immaculately maintained and had everything we needed (including beach towels). The binoculars came in handy for some whale watching off of the lanai too!
We did not get a chance to use the BBQ’s (this time), the layout looked great and ideal for socializing.
As I didn’t have a car at the time, I did enjoy the stroll into Kona, there are some picturesque views along the way.
I would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Best view ever!

This was for us the perfect place to stay in Kona. The condo itself had everything we needed and more, was very comfortable (bed was great), and we had no issues with noise, etc. The view is amazing...we had morning coffee and evening wine on the lanai. We saw whales every day...lots of spouts and frolicking. The walk into Kona town takes about 15-20 minutes...just right. The owner sent a very helpful list of places to shop for gas, food, etc. When we come to Kona again, we will definitely stay here!

Great Condo and Excellent Location

We loved this condo, and had an excellent week. Great location, and the condo is nicely decorated with all amenities. The lanai looks out over the pool and courtyard, with an excellent ocean view. Saw whales on the horizon from the lanai. Right in the heart of Kona near shops, restaurants, and bars. Sea Village is a well maintained property. We'll definitely stay here again.

Wish We Could Have Stayed Longer

Sea Village is about a mile south of Kona town, perfect location. The unit was clean, well-maintained and shows better in person than the photos depicted on VRBO. The owner responded to my inquiriies right away and was very helpful. The only negative was that street noise and next door neighbors could be heard from the bedroom. Not only would I recommend this unit, but we would stay there again as it suited all of our needs perfectly!

I had a wonderful stay in this condo. Great proximity, easily within walking distance to the town. The view of the ocean in the morning was refreshing, and the extra amenities (coolers, snorkel equipment, beach towels etc) were much appreciated.

We had an extremely positive experience renting this condo from the beginning. The owners were so helpful and provided everything we needed for a great time on the Big Island. This condo was clean, well cared for, and even had beautiful artwork in the island style. It had a comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, ice chests, boogie boards, snorkel equipment, towels, guide books and even extra sunscreen. The view was wonderful - the pool and the ocean. We went down to the pool to watch the sunsets - we even saw the green flash! This condo is quiet, yet right down the street from downtown Kona, so there were many great restaurants nearby. The complex has a great barbeque area as well. We would definitely stay again if we ever return to the Big Island. Mahalo for providing such a wonderful place - it seems the owners thought of everything to make our time in Hawai'i the best possible.
