Big Beautiful House in ated community
We were one of 2 families that shared this house for 10 days over the Christmas holidays. Both the house and the resort are beautiful. Staying in a gated community gave us the added feeling of security whenever we went for a walk at night.
Bob was super easy to deal with. The house looked every bit as good as the pictures on this web site. We all enjoyed having satellite TV in each of our bedrooms. 4 of the 6 bedrooms had en-suite bathrooms and comfortable king-size beds. The common areas were well laid out, and were a great place to congregate during the evenings. The games room provided us with great fun as well. Wireless internet service offered us the chance to stay in touch with family back home, and to look-up information on places we came across during our daily excursions – be sure to bring along your laptop or tablet. The fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer were useful at various times throughout the week. The weather wasn’t warm enough for us to want to use the heated pool, but many of our neighbors who had younger children did swim most days.
We ate out at different nearby restaurants most nights, but did manage a little cooking and a barbecue. The resort is located close to grocery shopping, and the Disney parks are a short distance away.
If you’re looking for a spacious, clean, comfortable place to stay, we can absolutely recommend this property. We would definitely do it again! Thank you Bob for letting us make this our Home Away for our 2012 Christmas celebration!

Beautiful, with perfect layout
Our family group of 16 rented this home and the smaller one next door for a Thanksgiving week getaway. Ages ranged from 2 - 56, with travelers from Texas, North Carolina and Florida. We have done this for several vacations, and I must say that this was the best. The house was just as described, was very clean, had every needed amenity and accessory, and the layout -- bedrooms, family areas, and bathrooms -- was perfect for our group. There was ample space for quiet moments, alone time, group games and activities (best game room we've had), meals, and even family crafts. Signs of normal wear and tear on the property were minimal and the maintenance staff was very cordial and helpful. One could tell that the property is well-maintained. The owner was helpful and accomodating and any contact with him was easy and efficient. The Emerald Island location is ideal for those wanting the Disney experience, dining out, shopping and more activities, yet quiet enough for those who just want to relax and get away from the bustle. Some of our group enjoyed several restaurants, outlet shopping, mini golf and nightlife, while others enjoyed being at the house relaxing around the pool (It was a bit chilly for Floridians that week.). I only wish that we had an even longer stay. I highly recommend this property and this area to any who seek a variety of activity and event choices as well as the 'home away from home' feel. I'd actually like to give the property more than five stars.

Great Property
This home is perfectly set up for a large group and the flow was awesome. The set up of the bedrooms were perfect with regard to all the teenagers and a small infant.
The pool area was wonderful; plenty of room for everyone to lounge or swim.
We were pleasantly surprised with the proximity to the Disney parks. It was a breeze getting to and from in a very short time.
The Property Owner is a pleasure to work with; truly a professional. This was a property that we will return to.

Hello, here the review from the European guests. We came from Spain, the Netherlands, Sweden, England and part of the family from the United States.
About the accurate description, nowhere in the pictures was mentioned that the property we rented was so close to the neighbors on both sides. The neighbors were quiet so there was not a major problem. Maybe mention it?
The house was clean, could have been better.
The amenities very good, the bedrooms great and the beds, we could not have asked for better mattresses .
The owner provided good customer service. The first day we had trouble with the Internet and we contacted him. The next day it was resolved by the management company.
The only negative thing the lack of equipment in the kitchen. There was only one pot a pot good enough for 4 people but not for 12. The pans were all scratched and difficult to use for that reason. There were no serving bowls, no scissors and no tin opener. We bought the last two items.
We really had a wonderful time and enjoyed the house and the swiimming pool. We would recommend the property to our friends and even would like to come back another vacacion.

Wonderful and professional
My family and I just returned from a 6-night stay on this property and would highly recommend it to others looking in this price range. The owner was very prompt in responding to all inquiries and requests, which helped us confirm this rental quickly and on short notice. After confirming, the owner was well-organized and professional, which made this a very easy trip to plan with no surprises.
We found the house clean, well decorated, and better than described. It is well equipped for young children and babies, with crib already set up and strollers easily accessible. There were also pool toys for the kids and a game room that was fun for all ages in our party. I would recommend that you bring warmer lounge clothes or pajamas if you have a party large enough to fill all bedroom as the second level bedroms can get quite cold when the air conditioning kicks on.

Great location and great home!!!
The house is exactly as shown on the pictures. This house is perfect for a family vacation. Very large and spacious plenty of room for the entire family. I would recommend to anyone looking to rent.

This home is more than you could ever hope for. Bob makes sure that everything is in top condition and his welcome package of milk, bacon, coffee, bread, etc. is a great touch. The location within Emerald Island is 2nd to none and it is close to grocery stores and good places to eat. Disney is just 5 mins. away and Seaworld & Universal are just 1/2 hour. The pool is great for everyone and the house gives you lots of room to get away if you want to. You will not go wrong renting this home from Bob.
