Best.Rental.Ever.
I have been lucky to stay at some really great hotels and really awesome rentals, but there really wasn't a house that could have accommodated our group of 7 girls better! With 4.5 bathrooms, there was plenty of bathrooms:girls ratio for getting dolled up. We had so much space. We made great use of the Jacuzzi, had an in-house chef make us a fabulous brunch, and we spent most of our time just lounging around and enjoying the gorgeous view.
My recommendations:
1) Have them stock the fridge prior to arriving. The grocery stores nearby were not convenient, and we ended up paying $35 cab ride for a trip to Walmart and back (with the driver waiting for us). It would have been much more refreshing to arrive and have the fridge stocked.
2) Beware of cab prices. We were shocked that they charged $2-4 per PERSON for every ride, so we were paying ridiculous prices like $15-$25 a person to take a 10 minute drive to town.
3) Bring bug spray. Unfortunately, 2 of us got stung by same angry yellow jackets, and all of us suffered from a high number of bug bites. I think that's symptomatic of the area, and is nothing against the home itself- the home is kept very clean and beautiful!
4) Get an in-home massage! We booked Eden Spa, and they brought out 2 massage tables that we set up in the shaded area right outside of the downstairs bedroom (w/ 2 queens). It was PERFECT - like the spot was made for outdoor massages. For $50 per massage, the experience was amazing.
I would have loved to see a layout of each room, and quick note on what room had views prior to arriving, but that wasn't too big of a deal. 3/4 rooms have great water views from the balcony/patio area. 1 downstairs room with a King sized bed has a view of the neighborhood, which is basically made up of million dollar mansions, so not so bad either.

Casa deSuenos - Another great trip!
This is my second stay at this beautiful home in Pedregal. Great property for two families or up to four couples looking for an adult getaway! Very convenient to town, beaches and nightlife with the added security of Pedregal and amenities offered in this gated community.
Great kitchen for sharing home cooked gourmet meals, we also paid a chef to cook for us all one night - what a treat! Plenty of room for 10 adults to enjoy a nightly dinner party and spreadout for smaller conversations on the beautiful patio poolside afterwards.

The house is absolutely beautiful and well designed for entertaining, yet the bedrooms were nicely separated from one another as well as the great room. The owner and onsite manager went above and beyond any of our expectations throughout the whole process. The pool/jacuzzi was serviced frequently by an outside contractor so was always fresh and inviting. We would highly recommend this residence and certainly enjoyed our stay!

Great value!
Our stay at casa de Suenos was great. We are a large family and the home accomodations were excellent for a group of 12. The propery manager was very accessible and helpful our whole stay. Also, the wireless connectivity was very good for our ipads and iphones. We highly recommend this home. You cannot beat this value in pedegral.

Beautiful property in A great location
The pictures online does not do this place justice! The house is beautiful and can easily house 12 people comfortably. The property Managment company took care of our every need prior and after our arrival. I highly recommend this rental! Taxis are necessary to go into town.

This house is fantastic! Everything about our experience was top-notch. The owner was very helpful and responsive to our inquiries. The property manager was great to work with and patient with all our questions and needs. All of our expectations were met or exceeded with this home and we can be a picky bunch.
Our tribe included adults in their 30's, 40's and 60's plus a 2 and 7 year old. And EVERYONE like the house.
The walk to town is doable but if you plan to walk it at night be sure to bring along a flashlight! :)

Great stay
We really enjoyed my stay here. I would say that walking to town was to far for us, but getting a cab to come and pick you up is no problem. The rooms and view were very nice and hard to beat. Location next to the tennis courts was nice as well. Diana was VERY helpful in organization and with stocking the house. We felt very safe inside the gates of Pedregal. Over all I would use the house with a number of differenct types of groups.

Love it!
Stunning home with a great view near the top of the hill. Works nicely for 4 couples or two families with the in-suite baths. Lots of privacy with two bedrooms on the upper floor and two on the main floor, each on opposite wings with the great room in the middle. We had the most relaxing, casual vacation and enjoyed walking throughout Pedregal. We felt totally safe as the area is gated The walk to the marina was about 15 minutes, so easy to do, but far enough away to be removed from the noise of late night partiers. There were lots of good restaurants at the marina and fun shopping at the mall. Beautiful sunrises and moons rising. About 1/4 block walk to watch the sunset.......with margarita in hand. :)

Perfect Home!
Our family of eight had a spectacular time at this lovely home. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and well decorated, the kitchen was well equipped, the pool and hot tub overlooked unbelievable scenery. The dining table could seat ten and was open to both the kitchen and family room. It was a perfect open concept for entertaining. The home was close to town and just a short drive to the beach. There were tennis courts across the street and a cute restaurant. We could not have asked for more in a rental property, we would definitely stay again. The owner and property manager were extremely helpful-exactly what visitors would want. We went ATV'ing, jet skiing and banana boating during our stay, the house even provided a cooler to take to the beach! Why pay for an all inclusive hotel when you can have the amenities of a fabulous home at a better price!
