Located on the Central Pacific Coast inside the luxurious Los Seuños Resort, Villa Tranquila is the perfect getaway for couples, families, or a getaway with friends. With over 5,000 sq. ft. in the main house, including a private casita, Villa Tranquila comfortably sleeps 10 with a total of 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.

Situated above the Los Suenos golf course, the villa provides magnificent views of the ocean and the surrounding cliffs, with picturesque sunsets. The villa is surrounded by tropical landscaping providing the ultimate private escape.

Villa Tranquila is the only villa available for rental in the newly built Vista del Sol community and is only a 5 minute walk to the resort and a 10 minute walk to the marina and restaurants. Golf carts are a quick and easy way to get around and can be rented at the resort. Note - they cannot be driven into town.

LUXURY in Costa Rica!

This place is incredible! I had been to Costa Rica before, and always enjoyed it, but never felt like I had a truly "luxury" experience until I stayed here. The house is spectacular - with beautiful, large bedrooms (all with their own bathroom) and a stunning pool/outdoor area. I loved that there was a full kitchen and bar so we could hang out and feel like we were at home, but there were also great amenities at the resort like the spa, golf and restaurants so we could go out if we wanted (which, you really don't have to do at this place!). I am a very discerning traveler with high expectations, and this place definitely exceeded them!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

We had the most relaxing and enjoyable trip in Costa Rica. Villa Tranquila is so beautiful with gorgeous views and landscaping. It is beautifully decorated with all the amenities in a private resort. I would highly recommend this tropical villa.

What an amazing experience!! Everything we wanted was at our fingertips. Fabulous views, a pool and hot tub, huge kitchen, comfortable beds and a resort just a golf cart ride away. The men played golf all day while the ladies sipped cocktails and read books by the pool in between trips to the spa. What else could we need?? Except of course the amazing restaurants and shops - the best!

Anniversary trip

It was our 10th wedding anniversary and we wanted a place that was easy enough to reach for optimal time away from our toddler. What we found was an oasis of privacy, luxury, and a menu of options for our days away. My husband is very active while I prefer the pool chaise and a stack of magazines. We were able to do both, EASILY, which made for the perfect vacation. Each day we chose an activity (hiking, golf, zipline) in the morning followed by an incredible lunch and then relaxing by the pool. The evening started with sunset cocktails, either on the patio or the nearby marina, and then dinner at one of the fine restaurants or just a barbecue at the villa. I can't express what a BRILLIANT time this was and I can't wait to go back! Oh, and my husband thinks I'm a genius for fitting all of this into a few days away. Extra points!
