As Beautiful as the pictures!

I had high expectations for this home based on the beautiful pictures and I was not disappointed. Clean, comfortable and well equipped. Isabella was available when needed and efficient at getting things done. (Road repairs caused a cut internet cable and she was able to get it restored the next morning. I am returning to this home and this beautiful area of Florida in 2 months. Inverness is a good location for visiting the nature coast. My trip was to do a lot of kayaking and I was able to kayak 6 different areas, all unique. Coming home to this luxurious house was an added treat. We did not use it but the owners also provided a "net fence" that could be used with small children to keep them safe from accidentally falling into the in ground pool.

Thank you Werner for letting us enjoy your wonderful home. The kids loved it as well as our little dog. The home was found just as described and was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this rental to others. One new place we went while there was Rainbow Springs. It is a short distance away and is beautiful. The only thing I would make a suggestion on about the home is that it could use a cookie sheet. :) Otherwise, it has all the comforts of home. Thank you again!

Awesome villa in a nice neighborhood!

We loved our stay here in Inverness at this wonderfull villa!
We travelled the 2 of us with our pet, a chihuahua, who also loved it here!
After a day of shopping or going to the parks, it was nice to come 'home' again!
We also enjoyed very much our relaxing days at the pool!
The property was very clean and very well maintained and also the listing description was perfectly accurate.
If you should have any questions, Isabelle and Giovanni are just 1 phone call away!
We definitely come back!

This house was all I expected and more. It was well kept and very clean. My children loved the pool. I would recommend this house to anyone. Isabelle and Werner were also a great help also.

Beautiful Rental Home

Our family rented this home for our week stay down in Inverness. We had an awesome week.
The home was beautiful. We felt very comfortable staying there. We enjoyed the pool very much and swam in it every day. We also LOVED the stereo playing in the bathrooms and outside on the deck.
The mattresses in the master bedroom and the other room with the queen bed were like heaven to sleep on. No aches and pains at all the next morning.
The house is set up great for families with children or for adults. There is even a crib and a high chair for people with young families.
If we come back down to the Inverness area, we will definitely try to book this house. It has a very relaxed and safe feeling. The neighbors were very friendly too.
The location was perfect for us for what we were doing. There were many lakes good for fishing close by, and we were also close to things like Homosassa State park, etc.
I would highly recommend anyone to stay in this home.

Our family loved our 2 week stay at this property. The home owner and property manager are friendly and hospitable. The home is super clean, comfortable, well appointed, and very private. We felt like we had our own piece of paradise for 2 weeks. You can't beat the location, central to all of the great activities of the Nature Coast. I would not hesitate to recommend this property, and would stay here again if we return to the area.

Awesome place for a group of divers!!

We are a group of seven divers that was looking for a centrally located spot for spring hopping, manatee swimming, an not to far from the airport in St. Petersburg. Perfect. Our drive was 1 1/2 hours from the airport and 1 1/2 hours to the furthest springs, Ginnie Springs, the furthest north we went. We had a wicked tight schedule, five dives on Saturday, and three on Sunday, plus the manatee snorkel.
The house is remarkably clean, really well laid out for our group who ate all meals in, or made them for the road. The neighborhood felt really safe. There a lots of cool bonuses too. Neat pool lighting. Built in stereo system to every room in the house, huge master bath and walk-in closet.
We loved it and will be back.

Wonderful family get-together

Our stay in Inverness was just wonderful. The house was enjoyed by adults from 20s to 50s and all were very comfortable, as were our local family while visiting. Supermarkets, restaurants and downtown are all convenient. The rental is very well maintained; and, should you have any concerns, the management company is immediate in a response. It was a pleasure to stay in such a nice pet-friendly rental since we travel with our shih tzus. So nice - that next year's visit is in the planning stages...

Would highly recommend this rental. We stayed here for a family reunion and the house was a perfect size, impeccably clean, and well appointed. Beautiful pastoral views out the back beyond the pool. I think the house is even nicer than the photos on the website. Great place!

My family and I stayed at this location and it was a great experience. The description of the home is exactly what you get; above and beyond our expectations! Our three girls' could have stayed in the pool all week and would have felt it was the greatest vacation ever! The entire house was impeccably clean upon arrival and the owner and the management company were all super nice. We would definitely recommend this property to family and friends and hopefully will return for another get away.
