Gorgeous **** Telegraph Hill Penthouse

We have rented apartments in Paris, London and Venice and we found this beautifully and simply appointed apartment to be equal to the very best. We plan to stay here again and will recommend this VRBO to friends, family, and business colleagues. (We've already recommended it to friends making plans to go to the Bay Area.) It is a great value especially for business travelers who want to bring their families along or executives traveling together and minding travel budgets.
To begin, the location is perfect walking distance to the financial district, North Beach (great Italian restaurants, coffee houses, bakeries, delis), the Embarcadero (too many attractions on the piers to list and a destination for Foodies/cooks), China town (restaurants, green grocers, and a unique experience). The heart of downtown is a quick affordable bus ride or a short cab ride will get you to Union Square (World class shopping & Designer Boutiques). The Apartment itself was immaculately clean when we arrived with plenty of luxurious clean towels for each of the 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The convenience of full size, new clothes washer and dryer located in the apartment is a plus, something not usually found in vacation rentals in our experience. The apartment's spectacular view of the Golden Gate bridge and San Francisco Bay from the living, master bedroom & kitchen cannot be matched in most luxurious & boutique hotels. If the view isn't enough there are large screen cable TVs (2), and wifi to work from.
Richard Woon who manages the property is friendly, helpful and available by cell phone at all times to assist with any needs. We've only had that kind of Concierge service in a rental apartment in Paris and Venice.

Owner's Response: I want to correct one item in the review: the apartment features views of the "San Francisco Bay Bridge" (not the Golden Gate Bridge)....still spectacular. - Richard
