Our new 2008 condo is furnished in Mountain Rustic with an Aspen log bed in the master bedroom and a full-over-full Aspen log bunk bed in the second bedroom. Fraser is just 7 miles from the exciting Winter Park Ski area. A free shuttle bus line takes you and your skis or snowboard to the slopes -- or to dinner and shopping. Our condo is private, with no condos above or below us and we share only one wall with a neighbor. Just steps away are two Timbers hot tubs. Pole Creek Golf Course, #1 course to play in Colorado and rated best golf course in the Rocky Mountain region by the 2006-2007 Zagat survey and the the Grand Elk Golf Course, designed by Craig Stadler are minutes away.

John, Thanks for letting this Texas crew stay at your condo for our annual ski trip! Got three good days of skiing in and got some fresh powder on the last day. Your place was perfect to relax after a good day of skiing. Can't thank you enough!

Hiking in the fall in the mountains.

Well John, I just had to email you saying how much we enjoyed our time in your condo.
The place is awesome and I hope we can do this again.
Rained Friday afternoon beginning about sunset, turned to snow overnight and continued to snow all day Saturday.
Never did get cold at all, no wind and we hiked all day in the beautiful snowfall on Saturday.
Sunday and Monday we enjoyed fantastic conditions and majestic mountain scenery.
Thank you for the opportunity, we will cherish the memories.

We had a wonderful time in your beautiful condo. We spent time in the village at the Alpine Slide, mini-golf and zipline. Second day to Grand Lake where we tried fishing with no luck, but still fun! Tomorrow we’ll try a hike. Thanks for giving us a great vacation in Winter Park.

We enjoyed your condo & activities you recommended. We went down the Alpine Slide, drive and hiked through the Rocky Mountain National Park, and went white water rafting on the Colorado River. We also enjoyed shopping downtown—such a great atmosphere. We are also glad we escaped the terrible Kansas heat! Comfortable beds- hard skiing

We loved your condo! It was very comfortable and we enjoyed the bottle of wine. It was nice to sleep in good comfortable beds after a couple hard days of skiing. We will be back in 2012!

It was a great vacation and an amazing condo. We loved the area and the seclusion. We will definitely come back for another stay. PS The complimentary bottle of wine was delicious.
