Condo, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 2-4)

The unit has been updated and is located on the second floor. The unit is carpeted and has a good view of the pool area and intercostals waterway. Beds are comfortable and Master bath has a walk in one shower with rails while the other bathroom as a shower tub. The kitchen is fully equipped with a eating area for two. Or enjoy company with a 6 place dining room area.

Bay Harbour has 39 units and is located on the south end of the Longboat Key island. Within 100 yard of the condo complex is a gas station store for your daily paper or coffee. The Dry Dock Restaurant is also within walking distance. Publix supermarket is on the island about 3 miles away. The mote aquarium is one mile away and shopping in St Armand’s Circle is 4 miles away.

Downtown Sarasota along with the Sarasota Harbor has all the great eating and shopping experiences for a small town. There are boat slips available, for a nominal fee, for guest who wish to bring a boat (some limitations apply).

Jerry and Sue Zaccardelli, from Shelby Twp, Michigan. We have 3 children. We purchased the unit in 1999 and have enjoyed the area. Our parents, friends and family have enjoyed visits to LBK. The fun walks around the area, on the beach and sunrise and sunset are outstanding. The complex is always well kept and safe. We have enjoyed the waterways as well as the pool over the years. We welcome you to our condo.

I would recommend this condo to anyone!!! It was well furnished, very clean, and had a great view! The grounds at Bay Harbour are beautiful. The owner was very helpful and personable. The location was ideal-easy walking to several eating places and 1/2 block walk to rent bikes, a short drive to the grocery and drug stores (and a little private library with 2 computers!), also close to St Armands Circle and the bridge to Sarasota where there is lots to do.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, People with Disabilities

Great place to stay in Florida!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo on Longboat Key. Very comfortable accomodations ... felt like we were at home. Well maintained condo and property. Quiet, peaceful setting. Nice location. Great dining and shopping nearby. Close to some great beaches. Would definitely recommend this condo.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
