Lakefront 6BR 5.5BA Home

The Chinquapin Lakefront vacation rental home at the Lake of the Ozarks is one of the largest and most accommodating homes available for rent at the Lake of the Ozarks. The 6 bedroom home boasts nearly 6000 square feet and is able to accommodate up to 20 people. The home features 2 full kitchens, one on each level, 2 full living rooms, a game room and a 3 well dock with swim platform.

Four of the six bedrooms contain King Size beds, with the additional 2 bedrooms containing a full size bed and 6 bunk beds. Each living room is equipped with a pull out sofa sleeper as well as an electric fireplace. The game room provides a pool table, poker table and stereo. Cable TV and wireless internet are provided for all of the rentals as well as a VCR and DVD player.

The home is centrally located in Chimney Cove on the 13 mile marker of the Shawnee Bend off of Highway MM.

Additional Information : The exterior of the home also provides room for enjoyment with a full upper level deck containing a BBQ grill, Smoker and room for outside dining. Take a soak in the hot tub or relax on the martini deck that overlooks the large quiet cove. The large flat lot also provides for outside fun and there is an extra lot adjacent to the home which allows for extra parking or trailer parking.

Amenities: The home comes fully equipped with a cookware, silverware, linens, towels and kitchen utility items. Washer, Dryer, dishwasher, wireless Internet access, cable TV, VCR, DVD, Hot Tub, Pool Table and much more.

This house sits on a oversized lot directly on the lake.

There are two levels in this house - each with a fully equipped kitchen.
- Each level has a master bedroom with inner bathroom
- Each level has 2 additional bedrooms.

The bunk-bedroom was a great feature for kids to sleep in.

The lower level has a area to the back that has an additional fridge, but also has full washer and dryer. The pool table and poker table were nice additions also to the lower level. An entertainment system was located in the lower level to play CDs.

The house was very clean, with all dishes cleaned and put away. The house was in great condition. The house has several TVs with several VCRs and one DVD player. There was also a game player system (no games).

The provided map/directions were perfect and easy to follow.

This is a property that we would consider again as it was a lovely home, and well taken care of.

Gorgeous Location!

Went for a family reunion and was a perfect location. We all got to stay together and there was plenty of room. The teens stayed in lower level playing and the adults upstairs. We were there in November so swimming was out of the question, but fishing off of the dock and hiking through the woods was alot of fun. Four of the five master bedrooms had views of the lake and their own sliding glass doors to the patios. If we all could take another vacation, would be back in the summer.

Some minor things were not working properly, but the owner did have someone out within an hour to address the problems. He did not come around or call, but did leave his phone number in case we had any problems. That was nice since I have heard of owners hovering and watching your every move.

The house was very sound too. You could get up early and get breakfast going without waking anyone else up. The kids stayed up watching movies while the smaller ones went to bed. For so many people being in one house, the noise level seemed relatively low.

Would absolutely stay there again
