Excellent place for N. Conway vacation

Five of us (two adults, two kids and a baby) had plenty of room at this wonderful, clean condo. My kids loved the bunk beds and the beautiful landscape and view of Mt. Washington.The place is so close to StoryLand and the Storybook property where we used the pool and hot tub almost every night after we had a great time in N. Conway. The owner couldn't have been any easier to work with even when I had a late adjustment (needed to push our stay back a day - no problem at all!). I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for place with a kitchen and more room than a hotel room. This place is in a great location with a lot of peace and quiet. We ate at the nearby Red Parka Pub and also went to Diana's baths, Echo Lake, Mt. Cranmore Adventure Center, Lower Falls, and Santa's Village. I'd definitely come back.

Great for a family vacation

My husband and I took our 2 boys - ages 4 and 20 months - on our first family vacation and could not be happier with this rental property! It was clean, safe and comfortable. Single living was great for us with the little guys and little 'child proofing' was needed. A 2-minute drive to Storyland was perfect, N. Conway was only 10 minutes away and the view is amazing.
I recommend this property to young families and look forward to visiting again.

The condo 30 that we stayed in was really nice. however the roads and driveways all need repaving in fact allthe grounds need a lot of work all of which bringsdown the property values
Owner's Response: Yes, The road and driveway were in rough shape, In fact, the new paving of the parking lot and driveway began just a week after the client left. The condos are in an annual state of improvement as painting and new patios and driveways installed. This renter apparently didn't notice the new patio/walkway and the markings for the new driveway and walk.

We booked a last minute two night get away to visit Storyland with our three year old twins. The condo was extremely clean, safe for the kids and so close to the park. We took advantage of the indoor pool at Storybook Inn on our last day due to poor weather and it was very clean with bathrooms/changing rooms. This was a much better alternative to a hotel since we could make breakfast, pack lunches and put kids to bed in their own room and relax for the night.

Fantastic

Our family had a wonderful time at this condo. The views must be seen to appreciate and the location is perfect. We enjoyed the local restaurants and also cooked in a couple times. Story land is literally 2 minutes away and hiking is at its best up and down route 302. We have a 1 and 4 year old who absolutely loved the condo, our daughter asked if we could stay for one more week. Above all, the ease of renting this property will have us returning in the future, bye, bye hotels...hello Christmas Mountain!

Wonderful family vacation condo

My family has been spending our week summer vacation in New Hampshire for the past eight years and this condo is our favorite that we have stayed at. The condo is comfortable with everything you need. The view from the condo is beautiful and the location was perfect for our family activities. The pools and hot tubs at the Storybook Inn were great. My young daughters were quickly referring to the condo as "home". I would highly recommend this condo and hope to stay there again with my family.

Wonderful respite from city living!

We enjoyed our annual voyage to Storyland and Santa's Village so much more having stayed at this charming condo in Christmas Mountain. The place was immaculate, warm, and welcoming, and so convenient to downtown N Conway, Storyland (it's 1/4 mile away!), and the route out to Santa's Village. The owners are a pleasure to work with as well, and made everything so simple! My whole family was delighted that we did not have to rush to breakfast to beat the 9am cutoff (often the case with hotel breakfast), and instead could enjoy a leisurely morning relaxing in the family room. Our children quickly began to call the unit "home": a true testament to how comfortable the arrangements were. As I told the owners, we'll definitely be back!

Perfect for a family getaway

Our family found the condo to be the perfect home base while exploring the White Mountains. There's a beautiful mountain view and all the comforts of home. My husband thought I was pretty clever for finding such a nice place to stay. Our two sons (3 and 5) enjoyed using the bunk beds in their own room. The big puzzle collection was also a hit. We liked the close proximity to Storyland, without having to deal with the traffic in North Conway. Besides Storyland we did a lot of hiking and also enjoyed a day at Santa's Village (about 40-60 minutes away). The pools at the local motel (thanks to an arrangement through the owner) were also very nice. There was excellent communication with the owner and the security deposit was returned in a timely manner. We look forward to visiting again!

Really Great

I stayed here in June with my three children, ages 4-6 and my husband. Beats a hotel anytime. The place was comfortable, clean and child-friendly. The owner is very nice and added a few details that we liked: the puzzles, the telescope, the games. Kitchen is well equipped and the washer/dryer are convenient. My kids loved the bunk beds which were very safe. The only thing I'd change is to upgrade the comforters/sheets and mattresses (especially the master bed room) and to keep under the beds clear so we can easily clean out and not wonder forever what we may have dropped there.

Perfect!

We recently stayed at this condo for 4 days/3 nights and it was just perfect for us! It was very conveniently located near Storyland and Mt. Washington. Also close to a convenience store/pizza shop and a grocery store down the street. The condo was clean, well maintained and very comfortable for us (2 adults and 2 children). The owner was *very* easy to work with, answered all of my questions, was very trustworthy and returned our security deposit extremely promptly! The house was well stocked with everything we needed (plates, glasses, games, etc) and to top it all of, it had beautiful views! I can't say enough good things about it! We hope to stay there again next year! Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!!
