1 BR 1 BA Beachfront Condo

Fabulous view of the gulf! End unit with a great view all the way to the jetties.

The condo is professionally decorated and has ceramic tile throughout all of the unit. There are TVs with cable in both the living room and bedroom. The bedroom has a queen size bed with a down pillowtopper. The living room has a sectional sleeper sofa with queen size bed, a new ottoman that converts to a twin size cot, new tables, new artwork, new lamps and Blu-Ray/DVD. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with microwave, new dishwasher, new stove, new countertop and sink, full size refrigerator, blender and coffee maker.

Sunbird is a family-oriented complex and is located directly on the beach. We are located next to Pineapple Willie's, a short walk to Pompano's and the Super Wal-Mart. It has three pools (one heated) overlooking the gulf, tennis courts, shuffleboard areas and direct access to a large stretch of the sugar white sand beach.

Bring your beach towels and have a great time!

Great 1st Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time and the condo was great!! Could not have have asked for a better location!!! With children a trip to Walmart is always a must, and it is even in walking distance!! Lots of great places to eat close by! It was our first family vacation and it was perfect! We will definitley be back when we can and will recommend it to our friends!! Thanks again!!

I stayed at this condo with a couple of friends and had a wonderful time. The unit was very clean and provided all the amenities listed on this site. Our favorite spot was the balcony which had a great view with the warm morning sun but great shade in the afternoon. The location was great and convenient. Penny was also a great person to work with. She was very friendly and helpful. I would defintely reccommend this condo!

My husband and I stayed at the condo with our children ages 3 & 4. It was a wonderful vacation!! The condo is very nice and accommodating. Penny was very easy to work with and she was very helpful! The views are absolutley amazing from the condo. We can't wait to return.
