2 Bedroom, 2 bath single level home with approx. 1052 sqft. This charming desert get-a-way has newly remodeled bathrooms and kitchen with new appliances. Granite counter tops and new cabinets sure look nice! This home offers a light and bright atmosphere with high vaulted ceilings and comfortable furnishings. Expansive fairway and mountain views can be admired from your private patio. The master bath has a roomy walk-in shower. Nice newer tiled floors with carpet in the bedrooms. There is a flat screen TV with DVD in the living room and flat screen TV in the master bedroom. The home also offers high speed internet access. Check in at Fairway Vacation Rentals was fast and easy. The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen has been updated, the bath cabinets and countertops are new. Furnishings, carpet and decor is a bit dated but comfortable and clean. The bed was comfortable We aren't sure if there was wireless internet but there was a modem, we didn't check into it further. The Palm Desert Resort Country Club is nice, but a bit out of the way. The pool is just a couple houses away from the unit. All in all the property was a great value for the price!(NOTE: These actual renter reviews appeared initially at another “Review Solicitation” site and have been imported here.)
