My family of five recently stayed at the condo and want to say that Sarah made us feel welcome from the first time we contacted her. A very clean and welcoming place to stay that has a great location. You can get to everything you need within a very reasonable time and everything is just as advertised. My wife and kids loved the ability to have access to two bathrooms.

We loved the pool and all the amenities within walking distance, such as the Tanger Outlets just across the street and many eateries a short distance away. What a great location and the residents of the condo were very pleasant and made you feel welcome.

We agree with other posters that it feels like a home away from home. It’s like renting from a family member with how nice Sarah has the place setup, kept you informed and how the guests all work to keep the next guest supplied with goods to keep the kitchen well stocked.

We enjoyed the wireless access and the deck, and screened lanai. We are hopeful that we can return to Rehoboth for another vacation in 2013 and would definitely rent again from Sarah!

Our family of four found this condo well-equipped, clean and a very pleasant stay. We enjoyed the pool, the balcony, the quiet. And two bathrooms in a 2-bedroom condo was a nice plus!

This was my mothers first visit to Delaware and she was so very happy with everything. She enjoyed this lovely condo almost more than her shopping. She called her friends and told them. She is very interested in coming back on her own. I have been to Delaware so many times. I did the bed and breakfast but this place tops it all. The owners were patient and helpful. They will see me in 6 months. Loved this place and showing it to all my coworkers.***** star rating

We are so happy to have found Sarah's condo. Everything about the condo and its location was perfect. The condo community is so clean, quiet and well maintained. The location on Coastal Highway Route 1 was so convenient to getting in and out of Delaware, to and from your choice of beach (at least 3 beaches within 5 miles of condo), within walking distance to great outlet mall shopping, and near chain restaurants. If you're not interested in driving, you can easily ride your bike to Rohoboth Beach. As for the condo itself, just so comfortable and clean and homey feeling. Very spacious layout; especially for families. Great layout with open kitchen. Every kitchen cabinet and closet has whatever you think you might need for cooking, or going to the beach/pool. My husband and I actually over-packed because we didn't think the condo would be so accommodating. Huge balcony. Plenty of room for the kids to run around. The pool is within steps from the condo. Overall, the best experience ever. We are already planning to book with Sarah for next year. Thank you so much Sarah. Jamie and Kaba

This condo is very clean, comfortable, and inviting. The whole complex is well-maintained and very quiet. It is located right along Coastal Highway near the outlets and tons of restaurants. The beach is a little over a mile away, but we had no problems parking on Rehoboth Avenue and walking the short distance to the beach. My 6-year-old and 4-year-old loved swimming in the pool at the complex as well. We also took the Cape May-Lewes Ferry to Cape May and went to the Cape May County Zoo and then brought the ferry back. The condo is also located near Jungle Jim's, Midway Speedway, and mini-golfing.

I would highly recommend this condo. Sarah, the owner, is extremely helpful and efficient.

Every year we travel to Dover for the NASCAR race and we usually haul our camper and then camp for the weekend but this year opted to rent a condo instead, and what a great experience it was for us. The ease of renting this condo was the scariest part of the whole thing it was almost too easy so we thought for sure something had to be wrong with this, and there was absolutely no down side to anything. We had such a great weekend that even tho it was too chilly to enjoy the pool just sitting out on our balcony and listening to the fountain was such a relaxing expereince. My husband and I were acconpanied by our 3 adult children who range from 21-23 years old and the only complaint they had was the movies where too old fashioned for them so recommend that if your children are not that into classic movies have them take their own. We will defintely be going back again and would highly recommend this condo. The owner really does make this an absolute great place to call home for a few days, and the stocking of the condo was well above our expectations. Thanks for a very memorable vacation.

We had a wonderful stay in Rehoboth on a tight budget. This condo was well stocked and comfortable. We were able to eat in every night to save money. The condo is nicely located so it's close to the outlets, beach and family biking locations. It does have bleach stains in the carpet but this didn't bother us. What was important to us was the location, pool, convenient drive to the beach, Cape Henlopen, Trap Pond, and Lewes. We also liked the convenience of cleaning our beach cloths and towels in the units washer and dryer. There was a place for us to lock our bikes up too! Highly recommended by our family!

Stayed there for a long week-end with my in-laws. Condo is well maintained. I loved the balcony, very spacious, invites to simply relax. It is a short drive to the beach but who cares - all kind of beach equipment available in condo. Very convenient location - the outlet center is in walking distance.
